The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Xiaojin Decoction Combined With Umbilical Therapy With Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Children Hyperhidrosis(Lung Deficiency Syndrome)

Research Purposes:At present,children hyperhidrosis has a high incidence in clinical practice,it is delayed and hard to be cured.It seriously threat to the health and quality of life of children.This study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xiaojin decoction combined with umbilical treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in treating children hyperhidrosis of lung deficiency syndrome,which is by the observing on the degree of sweating,the frequency of respiratory infections before and after treatment,and the changes of indexes such as aversion to wind,fatigue,thirst,anorexia,stool,urine,the state of tongue and pulse,and so on.Research Method:In the study,60 patients that all accorded the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The two groups in sex,age,primary scores and secondary scores before treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05),and had comparability.The treatment group was treated with Xiaojin decoction combined with umbilical treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,the control group was treated with Yupingfeng Oral Liquid combined with placebo on umbilical.Two groups were both treated for one month and followed up for 1 month.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by observing the different stages of treatment,before and after 1 month of treatment,comparing the improvement of the main and secondary points in the two groups.Results:1.The clinical efficacy:the treatment group recovered 3 cases(10.3%),markedly effective in 11 cases(38.0%),effective in 10 cases(34.5%),ineffective in 5 cases(17.2%),the total effective rate was 82.8%;the control group recovered 1 case(3.4%),markedly effective in 8 cases(27.6%),effective in 8 cases(27.6%),ineffective in 12 cases(41.4%),the total effective rate was 58.6%.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Improvement of main symptoms:the level of sweating was significantly improved in both groups(all P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);both groups failed to reduce the number of respiratory tract infection in children(all P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Improvement of the secondary symptoms:the two groups were both able to improve the symptom of aversion,to wind(all P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect between them was similar(P>0.05).The treatment group had also significantly improved the secondary symptoms of fatigue,anorexia and urine(all P<0.05),and it was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).4.Long-term efficacy:withdrawal after 1 month follow-up,the difference of the main and secondary points between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups do not have long-term efficacy.Conclusion:Xiaojin decoction combined with umbilical treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in treating children hyperhidrosis of lung deficiency syndrome.
