Clinical Study Of Chinese And Western Medicine Combined With Acupoint Embedding Line For Obese PCOS With IR

ObjectiveThis topic through Chinese and western medicine acupoint embedded treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) with insulin resistance(IR)clinical research,the evaluation of Chinese and western medicine acupoint embedded therapy weight,waist circumference(WC),waist-hip ratio(WHR),body quality index(BMI),sex hormone index,sugar and lipid metabolism,TCM syndrome integral effectiveness and safety,to explore the treatment of obesity PCOS with IR more comprehensive and effective multiple perspectives.MethodsSixty obese PCOS patients with IR who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(30 patients in Chinese and Western medicine combined with acupoint embedding group) and control group(30 patients in Chinese and Western medicine group).In the control group,Chinese medicine(CangfuDaotan Decoction added and reduced)was combined with western medicine(diflexion progesterone tablets).In the treatment group,add acupoint embedding therapy to the control group,take acupoint,tianshu,Guan Yuan,Feng long,Sanyin jiao,spleen yu,Zusanli,Zhongwan,qi sea,Dahong,waterway,uterus,and buried line once in half a month.Diet and exercise health instruction was given in both groups.A total of 3 menstrual cycles were treated and followed-up after 3 drug withdrawal.To evaluate the improvement of body weight,waist circumference(W C),waist-hip ratio(WHR),body mass index(BMI),luteizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH,testosterone(T),didione(ASD),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),triglycerides(TG)and TCM syndrome points before and after treatment in the two groups.Analysis was performed by using the statistical software,SPSS24.0.During the treatment period,1 case fell in the treatment group and 1 in the control group,and a total of 58 cases met the study,namely 2 9 in the control group and 29 in the treatment group.ResultsIn obese PCOS with IR,treatment and control groups:body weight,WC,WHR,BMI,LH,LH/FSH,T,ASD,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and TCM syndrome showed showed significant difference(P<0.05),that is,all indicators and TCM syndrome were improved.Compari son between treatment and control groups:Body weight,WC,WHR,BMI,LH,LH/FSH,T,ASD,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),that is,the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Conclusion1.The treatment of obese and PCOS with IR patients can reduce the weight,WC,WHR,BMI,LH,LH/FSH,T,ASD,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and TCM syndrome integral,indicating that both therapies can achieve weight loss,relieve sex hormones and glucose and lipid metabolism,and can improve TCM syndrome.2.The The treatment of Chinese and Western medicine with IR can reduce WC,WHR and BMI of PCOS patients,achieve weight loss,LH,LH/F SH,T and ASD,improve sex hormone level in patients,FINS,HOMA-IR and TG,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce TCM syndrome score and improve TCM syndrome status.And the effect is obviously better than that of Chinese and western medicine therapy.3.The effect of acupoint embedding in obese PCOS with IR is obvious in the combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine.Thi s therapy has the advantages of safe,effective and lasting all-round multi-target function,convenient operation and small side effects.The therapeutic effect is outstanding,and it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
