Clinical Observation Of Cangfudaotan Decoction In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance And Phlegm-dampness Block

Objective: Through clinical research,intend to observe the effect of Jiajian Cangfu Daotan Decoction treating phlegm-dampness resistance type of PCOS with insulin resistance clinical efficacy and safety.Provide a theoretical basis and treatment meth-ods for clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of patients in this study were selected in May 2018-May 2019 visiting to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Dianjiang Chongqing of gynecology Outpatient service Patients.The 60 cases of patients met the conditions were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(Jiajian Cangfu Daotan Decoction group)30 cases,the control group(Diane-35 combined with metformin group)30 cases.The treatment course is 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment in the two groups of clinical curative effect,TCM symptom total score,serum hormone levels,BMI(Body mass index),HOMA-IR were observed and compared.And the safety index were observed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and 80% in control group,the treatment group is better than the control group in overall effect(p<0.05).(2)the treatment group can obviously improve the phlegm-dampness resistance of TCM syndrome type PCOS patients(p<0.05),and its curative effect is superior to the control group(p<0.05).(3)the treatment group can improve each single TCM symptoms(p<0.05),and the improvement of menstrual volume,greasy mouth much sputum,chest tightness evil,god exhausted body weight,dizzy spell curative effect is better than that in control group(p<0.05).In improving menstrual cycle,the two groups have the same curative effect(p>0.05).(4)The two groups on the regulation of sex hormone levels have a certain effect,both of them can effectively reduce the serum levels of T,LH,LH/FSH values.The two groups were improved before and after treatment by statistical analysis(p<0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).(5)Both groups can improve the BMI of patients,.The two groups were improved before and after treatment by statistical analysis(p < 0.05).There were no differencebetween the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).(6)Both groups can improve the HOMA-IR of patients,.The two groups were improved before and after treatment by statistical analysis(p < 0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion : Jiajian Cangfu Daotan decoction has a good curative effect to cure phlegm-dampness resistance type of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance.It can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and effectively reduce serum T,LH and LH/FSH value,is the clinical treatment of PCOS due to the phlegmt-dampness resistance effective drug,and no significantly adverse reactions,high safety,clinical is worthy to be popularized.
