Wang Tu Dan And Behavioral Therapy On Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Randomized Controlled Clinical Observation Of Acquired Premature Ejaculation

Objective:This study aims to illustrate the improvement of "Record"Wang Tu Dan and the behavior training to the sex satisfaction of the people who with secondary premature ejaculation caused by insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney.The results will also provide theory foundation for the traditional Chinese medicine of secondary premature ejaculation.Methods:There were 60 patients collected who were treated in our hospital,second consulting room from January to December of 2016.All of the patients were meet the inclusion criteria of the secondary premature ejaculation caused by insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney.All of patients were willing to pate this clinical study.Depending on the visiting sequence,all patients were randomly divided into two group,experimental group A and control group B,with 30 patients respectively.The complete experiment ware designed into two stages and each stage with 2 months A rest period of 20 days was designed between the two stages.The first stage(2 months):patients from experimental group A were treated with oral Chinese medicine,Wang Tu Dan,and patients from control group B were treated with behavior training.After 2 months,patients were asked for a 20-day rest as the washout period.The second stage(2 months):the patients from experimental group A were treated with behavioral training and patients from group B were treated with oral Chinese medicine Wang Tu Dan.Analysis the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom,Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation(CIPE-5),intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT)and sexual partner satisfaction score of all secondary premature ejaculation patients both before and after the treatment.Results:the first stage:there was no significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,sexual partner satisfaction and TCM symptom score between two groups(p>0.05),Compared to the status before the treatment,there was significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,sexual partner satisfaction and TCM symptom score of the status after the treatment of group A(p<0.05);Compared to the status before the treatment,there was significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,and sexual partners satisfaction of the status after the treatment of group B(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score(p>0.05).Compared to the status after the treatment of group B,there was significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,and TCM symptom score of the status of group A(p<0.05).but there was no significant difference in sexual partners satisfaction(p>0.05).The experimental group present a better curative effect in IELT,CIPE-5,and TCM symptom score than group B.In terms of sexual partners satisfaction,the two groups of treatment had a equivalent curative effect.Second stage:there was no significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,sexual partner satisfaction and TCM symptom score between two groups befere the treatment(p>0.05);Compared to the status before the treatment,there was significant difference in CIPE5 and sexual partners satisfaction of the status after treatment of group A(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in IELT and TCM symptom score(p>0.05).Compared to the status before treatment,there was significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,sexual partner satisfaction and TCM symptom score of the status after treatment of control group B(p<0.05).Compared to the status after treatment of group A,there was significant difference in IELT,CIPE-5,sexual partner satisfaction,TCM symptom score of the status of group B(p<0.05).The control group B present a better curative effect in IELT,CIPE-5,sexual partner satisfaction and TCM symptom score than experimental group A.Conclusion:1.In the two stages,the behavior training improved the sex satisfaction of the people who with secondary premature ejaculation caused by insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney.2.The ejaculation function,TCM symptoms,IELT and sexual partner satisfaction score of patients were definitely improved when they were treated with Chinese medicine,Wang Tu Dan.The results of our research showed that the treatment of Chinese medicine had a significantly better curative effect than that of behavior training.3.Chinese Medicine,Wang Tu Dan,provides medical basis for the TCM treatment of secondary premature ejaculation caused by insufficiency of both the spleen and the kidney.
