Analyze Prof. Zhang Fuli’s Prescription Medication For The Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis

Objective:To collect and sort out the effective cases of Professor Zhang Fuli in identifying and treating patients with chronic pharyngitis,and to screen and sort out the medical cases that meet the inclusion criteria.Using the method of retrospective research,using the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)to analyze the collected cases,the frequency of use of the drugs involved in the prescription and the rules of association between them and the rules of entropy clustering are analyzed and summarized,professor Zhang Fuli’s medication rules in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis are sorted out,and the treatment of this disease is more accurately grasped,which means that it provides new ideas for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and can make the experience of famous doctors more widely inherited and affected.Methods:The medical records collected were all derived from the outpatient medical records of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the collected chronic pharyngitis medical records were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain a total of 151 medical records.The patient’s gender,main complaints,signs,prescriptions,etc.were introduced into the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)and excel was used for data analysis to obtain information such as gender analysis,age analysis,tongue pulse analysis,Analysis of The Four Qis and Five Tastes of Chinese Medicine and Attribution Analysis,Frequency Analysis,Cluster Analysis and Correlation Rule Analysis.Result:1.A total of 151 cases of chronic pharyngitis were collected,113 cases were female,and 38 cases were male,mainly female sex.The age range of patients is concentrated between 25 and 65 years.2.The tongue is the most yellow and greasy,and the rest mainly include the following types: red tongue,white and greasy tongue,thin yellow,and less moss.The pulse image is mainly based on pulse sinking,as follows:pulse sinking string,pulse string,pulse string slip.3.The analysis results of the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine were that the frequency of cold drugs was the highest 910 times,followed by688 times for warm drugs,577 times for flat drugs,43 times for cool drugs,and 2 times for hot drugs.The results of the five flavors are as follows: bitter taste is 1365,sweet taste is 1291,and spicy,sour and salty taste are 722,259 and 120,respectively.The most frequent drug is licorice,followed by mai dong,poria and ginger.There are 34 types of drugs with a frequency of use not less than 20 times.4.In the analysis of the association rules,the support degree is set to 130 and the confidence degree is 0.9,and 21 drug combinations are obtained,with a total of 6 flavors of Traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,there are 11two-drug association rules,9 three-drug association rules,and 1 four-drug association rule.Through K-means Clustering Algorithm cluster analysis,5kinds of cluster combinations were obtained: core prescription 1: ginger,ophiopogon,fushen,licorice,white peony,peony skin;core prescription 2:fushen,white peony,Pinelliae Rhizoma,licorice,ginger,ophiopogon;core prescription 3: fushen,licorice,ophiopogon,mulberry parasitism,ginger,atractylodes;core prescription 4: licorice,ginger,ophiopogon,Pinelliae Rhizoma,fushen,mulberry parasitism;core prescription 5: ginger,ophiopogon,atractylodes,fushen,Pinelliae Rhizoma,skullcap.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli believes that the occurrence of chronic pharyngitis is closely related to the etiology of wetness,sputum,stasis,deficiency and other pathogenesis,and the diagnosis and treatment of the disease is carried out by combining body identification and disease identification.2.Professor Zhang Fuli distinguishes the rules of medication for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis: the medicinal properties are mainly cold and warm;the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,sweet and spicy;the drugs are mainly based on the spleen,lungs,stomach,liver,heart and other meridians.3.Professor Zhang Fuli’s dialectical treatment of chronic pharyngitis is mainly based on deficiency repair,heat removal,surface solving,phlegm,cough and asthma,water leakage and wetness,and blood activation and stasis.4.Professor Zhang Fuli in the process of dialectical treatment of chronic pharyngitis,takes loose knots,phlegm and stasis as the main treatment methods,supplemented by methods such as heat removal,dampness,phlegm,and deficiency,so that the qi machine can be smoothed,the stubborn phlegm can be dissolved,and the meridians can be passed.
