Research On Regularity With The Herbal Use Of Professor Fuli Zhang In The Treatment For Essential Hypertension Based On Data Mining

Objective:This thesis aims to collect the effective medical records of Professor Fuli Zhang in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension,and then summarizing the clinical medication experience of Professor Fuli Zhang using modern data mining technology.In this way,this thesis ties to conclude the treatment basis and inspires the future study of the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension using traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The 126 cases were obtained from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine,which were diagnosed and treated by Professor Fuli Zhang.The period for which the cases were selected spans from September 2018 to November 2020.Then the author collects and analyzes the basic information of these medical cases,including the symptoms and physical signs of the patient,and the prescription of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.Next,the data is input to the computer and processed by the software "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance(V3.0)" and "Excel".This then gives out analysis of the gender,age,tongue image,pulse of the patient,and the four Qi and five flavor of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,the channel tropism of herbal medicine,from which the frequency,association rule and clustering pattern are recognized.Results:1.Among 126 patients with essential hypertension,54 are male(43%)and72 are female(57%).This shows that the number of women patient is more than men’s,where the prevalence rate is about 1.33 times that of men.As for ages,the incidence rate of patients aged 50-65 years is the highest.2.The data also shows the characteristics of different age groups under gender differences.There are 6 male patients in the 18-29 age range,but no female patients.For patients in the 30-40 age,the number of female patients are 0.3 times of the male patients.For patient aged between 41-50,the number of female patients are equal to the number of male patients.However,the number female patients in the 50-65 age range are 2.7 times of the male patients.3.The analysis of tongue images showed that the frequency of yellow greasy and white greasy tongue coating was 92 and 34 respectively,and the frequency of crimson tongue was 24 cases.Pulse analysis showed that the frequency of sinking pulse,string slippery pulse and sinking string pulse were22,18 and 18 respectively.4.Four Qi analysis showed that the herbal medicine of cold,warm and mild were used more frequently,which were 920,772 and 466 respectively;five flavor analysis showed that the herbal medicine of sweet,bitter and pungent were used more frequently,which were 1300,1184 and 783 respectively;channel tropism of herbal medicine analysis showed that the frequency of spleen,lung and stomach channels were used more frequently,which were1232,1058 and 969 respectively;herbal medicine frequency analysis showed that the use frequency were not less than 10 times which were 42 species.Among ginger and licorice were used most frequently,sum up to 126 times.5.In the analysis of association rules,41 herbal medicine combinations were obtained by setting support degree 107 and confidence degree 0.9;after the confidence degree was set to 1,the core prescriptions were licorice,ginger,fu shen,chinese taxillus twing,ophiopogon and ban xia.6.In the analysis of prescription composition law,through k-means algorithm,the "cluster number" is set to 6,and six core herbal medicine combinations are obtained,which are ginger,licorice,chinese taxillus twing,fu shen,ophiopogon,rhizome of lagehead atractylodes,Chinese angelica,the dried rhizome of rehmannia;ban xia,ginger,ophiopogon,fuzhen,Artemisia capillaris Thunb,the dried rhizome of rehmannia,Scutellaria baicalensis,white peony roots;ban xia,ginger,ophiopogon,fu shen,licorice,chinese taxillus twing,rhizome of lagehead atractylodes,white peony roots;ginger,fu shen,licorice,white peony roots,chinese taxillus twing,ban xia,rhizome of lagehead atractylodes,zhi shi;ginger,fu shen,licorice,ophiopogon,ban xia,rhizome of lagehead atractylodes,Chinese angelica,chinese taxillus twing;ban xia,ginger,fu shen,licorice,rhizome of lagehead atractylodes,chinese taxillus twing,ophiopogon,fossil feagments.Conclusion:1.The Chinese herbal properties used by Professor Fuli Zhang share some common pattern.The most frequent herbal properties in the treatment are cold,warm and mild.The flavors of the medicine used most frequently are sweet,bitter and pungent.As for the channel tropisms,the spleen channel,lung channel and liver channel are frequently used.2.Professor Fuli Zhang treated essential hypertension mainly by removing dampness and nourishing the spleen and stomach,supplemented by returning Qi to the original.At the same time,the cause of the disease is cared,determining the pathogenesis by tongue pulse diagnosis,and make the middle Jiao be nourished,the Yang Qi be stored,the Qi and blood flow be smooth,and the blood pressure be reduced.
