Professor Li Ji’s Medication Characteristics And Prescription Rules In The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis

Obj ective:With the help of the TCM inheritance computing platform software V3.0,a retrospective study is conducted on the outpatient medical records of Professor Li Ji for the treatment of cardiac neurosis,mining Professor Li Ji’s medication characteristics and prescription rules in the treatment of cardiac neurosis,and summarize relevant medication experience,in order to better guide clinical practice.Methods:Collect and sort out the outpatient medical records of patients with cardiac neurosis treated by Professor Li Ji from June 2015 to June 2020,select 15 0 outpatient medical records that meet the research standards,standardize the first diagnosis inform at ion and prescription medication of medical records,establish a data base by using WPS excel 2019,and import it into the TCM Inheritance computing platform V3.0 software,using the platform for frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,mining Professor Li Ji’s medication characteristics and prescription rules in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.Results:1.A total of 15 0 medical records of patients with cardiac neurosis were included in this study.from the gender composition,the ratio of male to female patients in 15 0 medical records was about 1:3.from the age composition,the age of onset of the disease was mainly concentrated in the age group of 30-59 years.2.The most frequent types of symptoms were heart and spleen deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency,phlegm obstruction,heart-yin deficiency and heart-blood stasis.Symptoms that appeared more frequently include palpitation,weakness,poor sleep,chest tightness,loose stools,coldness,shortness of breath,etc.The tongue signs with higher frequency were,pale red tongue,pale tongue and tooth-scarred tongue.The pulse signs with higher frequency were,thin pulse,thin pulse,sunken pulse,smooth pulse and sunken pulse.3.The four qi of Chinese medicines were mainly warm,flat and cold,and the five flavors were sweet most frequently,followed by bitter and pungent.It was mainly attributed to the spleen,lung,heart,stomach,liver and kidney meridians.4.A total of 13 4 Chinese medicines were used in 15 0 prescriptions,of which a total of 23 medicines were used ≥20 times,and the top ranked medicines were Roasted licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cypress seed,Poria cocos,Paeoni ae radix alba,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica,Sour date seeds,Bupleurum,and Dried tangerine peel.5.134 medicines belonged to 17 categories,The main medicines were deficiency tonics,tranquilizers,qi regulators and blood-stasis activators.The most frequent use of deficiency tonics was 589 times.6.The results of the medicine association rule analysis showed that the top 3 commonly used medicine combinations were,Roasted licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala;Roasted licorice,Cypress seed;Roasted licorice,Poria cocos.When Roasted licorice was not considered,the top 3 medicine combinations were Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos;Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus;Cypress seed,Angelica.7.The results of statistical cluster analysis yielded seven groups of potential new prescriptions,which were(1):Roasted licorice,cypress seed,Atractylodes macrocephala,Pericarp,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica,Bupleurum,Peony bark.(2):Roasted licorice,Phiopogon j aponicus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Cypress seed,Rehmanni a glutinosa libosch,Ginseng,and Dried tangerine peel.(3):Roasted licorice,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Cassia twig,Paeoni ae radix alba,Cypress seed,Ginseng.(4):Roasted licorice,Cypress seed,Sour date seeds,Coptis chinensis,Bupleurum,Poria cocos,Ophiopogon j aponicus,Rehmannia glutinosa libosch.(5):Roasted licorice,Paeoni ae radix alba,Angelica,Atractylodes macrocephala,Bupleurum,Cypress seed,Poria cocos,Achy ranthes bident at a.(6):Roasted licorice,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephal a,Cypress seed,Dried tangerine peel.,Polygala tenuifolia willd,Sour date seeds,Fructus aurantii.(7):Roasted licorice,Cypress seed,Ligusticum wallichii,Angelica,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ginseng.Conclusion:1.Professor Li Ji’s common categories of Chinese medicines for the treatment of cardiac neurosis are deficiency tonics,tranquilizers,qi regulators,blood-stasis activators,core frequently-used medicines are Roasted licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cypress seed,Poria cocos,Paeoniae radix alba,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica,Sour date seeds,Bupleurum,and Dried tangerine peel.2.Professor Li Ji’s common natures,flavors of Chinese medicines for the treatment of cardiac neurosis are warm,flat,cold,sweet,bitter,and pungent,and the commonly used medicines are mainly classified as spleen meridian,lung meridian,and heart meridian.3.Professor Li Ji Consider that cardiac neurosis is located in the heart,but internal injury to the spleen and stomach is the key to the disease.The basic method is to strengthen the spleen,nourish the heart,calm the mind,and regulate the liver and kidneys.Use of cold and warm medicine,The combination of dredging and supplementation can eliminate the evil without harming the positive and support the positive without congestion.
