| This article consists of two parts,namely Director Song Ping’s academic thoughts of treating cardiac neurosis and the law of medicine use.The academic thoughts will be summarized through the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principle,diagnosis,treatment experience and case examples of cardiac neurosis and so on,and the law of medicine use will be mined through the auxiliary platform of TCM inheritance.The points of the latter are as follows:Objective:Based on Professor Song Ping’s experience in the treatment of cardiac neurosis,the author uses the auxiliary platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)to mine the data of patients’ prescriptions and summarize the law of medicine use,so as to provide references and ideas for clinical practice.Methods: according to the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion,235 patients with cardiac neurosis were selected from Director Song Ping’s clinic from December 2018 to December 2020.Patients’ gender,age and prescription of Chinese medicine will be collected and recorded into the Auxiliary Platform System of TCM inheritance(V2.5),the function of the software,such as information statistics,association rules,entropy hierarchical clustering analysis of complex system,is used to mine prescription data,and the results are presented in graph and table.Results: In this study,235 patients with cardiac neurosis met the research standard,with1015 prescriptions in total.After the case data were entered,according to the system analysis,the results were as follows:1.Basic Data:According to the results of data mining,the patients were mainly 41-50 years old and 51-60 years old,with more women than men.2.Syndrome Distribution:The statistical results show that the syndromes involved in this subject are mainly syndrome of blockade of heart vessel and syndrome of timidity due to deficiency of heart qi.3.Frequency Distribution of Symptoms:The statistical results showed that the descending order of the top 20 symptoms with the highest frequency in the included cases in this study are as followed:Palpitations,difficulty falling asleep,chest tightness,shortness of breath,poor sleep easy to wake,chest pain,fatigue,hypersomnolence,dizziness,impatience,nanosis,purplish lips,self sweating,chills,dysphoria with smothery sensation,night sweats,irritability,abdominal distention,loose stools,thirst.4.Medication Regimen:According to the results of data mining,the warm characteristic is the main characteristic of the four gases in the prescription.,followed by cold and calm characteristics.Among the five flavors,the proportion of the use of sweet drugs is the highest,followed by bitterness and pungent.The drug channel tropism are mostly heart and liver.High frequency medicines show the distribution law of nourishing the heart and regulating the liver.The first 30 medicines are mainly for nourishing heart,calming mind,benefiting Qi,promoting blood circulation,soothing liver and nourishing Yin.5.Commonly used drug combinations: 32 groups of commonly used drug combinations are obtained through association rules analysis,as described study is based on Director Song Ping’s understanding of cardiac neurosis,and through the comprehensive analysis of data mining results,the location of cardiac neurosis is mainly the heart and liver,the location of cardiac neurosis is mainly the heart and liver,and the main pathogeny is restlessness which is caused by various reasons.The main deficiency symptoms are Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency.The main excess syndromes are Qi stagnation,Blood stasis and Heat.The law of medication reflects that the treatment is based on the heart and liver,and in the treatment of cardiac neurosis,sweet and warm medicines were mostly used,mainly for nourishing heart and calming mind,as well as benefiting Qi,promoting blood circulation,clearing heat,soothing liver and nourishing Yin under Syndrome differentiation.Commonly used medicine combinations reflect the combination law of nourishing the heart and calming the mind,and benefiting Qi and regulating the liver and Promoting blood circulation.The core drugs are mainly to nourish the heart,calming the mind,benefit Qi,Promote blood circulation.Entropy clustering new prescription are composed from different etiology and pathogenesis,whose effect needs to be verified in clinical practice. |
