| Objective: To observe the temperature changes of some acupoints on bilateral Sanjiao meridian at different time points by acupuncture at yangchi point of sub-health young people, and to detect the contents of ET-1 and NO in serum,so as to explore the mechanism of acupuncture changing temperature in acupoint area, and to provide theoretical basis for meridian circulation effect and acupuncture mechanism. Methods: 60 sub-healthy young people,30 female and 30 male, were recruited and randomly divided into non-meridian acupoint group and Yangchi acupoint group,30 cases in each group. The laboratory is in a closed environment, temperature and humidity in a relatively stable state. After a quiet rest of 40 minutes, the operation was performed by the same acupuncturist in each group.Intervention methods: 1.Non-meridian and non-acupoint group: at the left Yangchi acupoint, stab 3mm at 0.5cm to the right side and leave the needle for 30min;2.Yangchi acupoint group: The left Yangchi acupoint was directly pricked10-15 mm until air was collected and the needle was left for 30 min.Neither group used any manipulation. The operation lasted for 7 consecutive days.On the 7th day, infrared thermal imager was used to measure the temperature of the two groups at the time points of bilateral Yangchi point,Zhongzhu point and Zhigou point before needling, immediately after needling,10 min,20min,30 min after needling, immediately after needling,10 min,20min,30 min after needling.Blood samples were collected once before acupuncture,30 min after needle retention and 30 min after needle withdrawal. The contents of ET-1 and NO in serum were measured by ELISA.Results:1.Completion: In the Yangchi acupoint group and the non-meridian and non-acupoint group, there were 1 cases of detachment,29 cases of completion in each group, and 58 cases of actual completion.2.Temperature change of Yangchi acupoint group:(1)The temperature change on the left side: compared with before acupuncture, the temperature at Yangchi,Zhongzhu and Zhigou points increased after 20 min of needle retention,30 min of needle retention, immediate needle withdrawal and 10 min of needle withdrawal(P < 0.05);(2)The temperature change on the right side: compared with before acupuncture, the temperature at Yangchi point increased at 20 min,30min,immediate and 10min(P < 0.05);The temperature of Zhongzhu and Zhigou acupoints increased after 30 min of needle retention, immediate needle withdrawal and 10 min of needle withdrawal(P < 0.05).3.Changes of ET-1 and NO in Yangchi acupoint group: compared with before acupuncture, the content of ET-1 decreased and the content of NO increased after 30 minutes of acupuncture(P < 0.05);There was NO difference in the contents of et-1 and NO after 30min(P > 0.05).4.Temperature changes in non-meridian and non-acupoint groups:(1)Temperature change on the left side: compared with before acupuncture, there was no difference in temperature at yangchi,Zhongzhu and Zhigou points(P > 0.05);(2)Temperature change on the right side: compared with before acupuncture, there was no difference in temperature at yangchi,Zhongzhu and Zhigou points at each time point(P > 0.05);5.Changes of ET-1 and NO in non-acupuncture group: compared with before acupuncture, there was NO difference in THE contents of ET-1 and NO at the time points of30 min retention and 30 min withdrawal(P > 0.05).6.Comparison of acupoint temperature between the two groups:(1)The temperature of the left acupoint: compared with the non-acupuncture and non-acupuncture acupoint group, the temperature of Yangchi,Zhongzhu and Zhigou acupoints in the Yangchi acupoint group increased at 20 min,30min,immediate and 10 min of needle retention(P < 0.05);(2)The temperature of the right acupoint: compared with the non-acupuncture and non-acupoint group, the temperature of The Yangchi acupoint in the Yangchi acupoint group increased at 20 min,30min,immediate and 10 min of needle retention(P < 0.05);In Yangchi acupoint group, the temperature of Zhongzhu and Zhigou acupoints increased after 30 min of needle retention, immediate needle withdrawal and 10 min of needle withdrawal(P <0.05).7.Comparison of et-1 and NO between the two groups: compared with the non-acupuncture and non-acupoint group, the content of et-1 in yangchi acupoint group decreased and the content of NO increased after 30 min of needle-retention(P < 0.05);There was NO difference in the contents of et-1 and NO after 30min(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.After acupuncturing the left Yangchi point, the temperature of bilateral Yangchi point,Zhongzhu point and Zhigou point showed a meridian rise.2.Acupuncture at Yangchi point on the left decreased the content of ET-1 in serum and increased the content of NO in serum.3.The temperature change caused by acupuncture at the left Yangchi point may be related to vasoactive substances. |
