Study On Epidemic Prevention And Control Of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia In Urban Communities

Since 2020,against the backdrop of the OUTBREAK of COVID-19,the Chinese government has always adhered to the general principle of "putting people and life first",and accelerated the building of a "community with a shared future for mankind" under the strategy of "strengthening confidence,sticking together in times of difficulty,scientific prevention and control,and targeted measures".COVID-19 is a major public health emergency.The novel Coronavirus prevention and control work is not only an important test of the government’s management system and governance level,but also poses a higher challenge to the governance level of urban communities in China.The key to building a harmonious society and promoting national stability is to strengthen the call of "epidemic" put forward by the Chinese government,effectively improve the COVID-19 prevention and control capacity at the grassroots level,and enhance the emergency response capacity of urban communities in the face of COVID-19 prevention and control.This paper reviews the literature on COVID-19 prevention and control in urban communities.On the one hand,literature and data related to COVID-19 prevention and control in urban communities are reviewed through multiple channels,and core concepts such as public crisis,community and community governance are defined.On the other hand,the measures and effects of COVID-19 prevention and control in F Community of Lucheng District,Wenzhou were elaborated by literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.Questionnaire survey was used to systematically and deeply understand the specific implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control work in F community.Satisfaction,actual results and problems to be solved were selected as the main entry points to analyze the existing problems in community epidemic prevention and control work.Meanwhile,I also actively visited the neighborhood committee of F community to further understand the causes of COVID-19 prevention and control problems in F community through one-on-one interviews with community workers.In particular,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems of inadequate community epidemic prevention and control mechanism,inadequate professional management,low efficiency of volunteer service organizations,and low efficiency of information registration,providing necessary and reliable evidence support for community COVID-19 prevention and control research.Through the community COVID F-19 epidemic prevention and control of case study,this article suggested that community strive to develop countermeasures from four aspects:first,to establish and perfect the system of community prevention and control,improve the community disposal ability,to the epidemic prevention and control work in multiple subject clear responsibilities,make standardization community emergency plan,emergency supplies reasonable arranging overall;Secondly,strengthen community team construction and enhance community service ability,which should be reflected in improving community workers’ comprehensive quality,attaching importance to professional skills training and drilling,and strengthening psychological counseling;Third,to improve the willingness of residents to autonomy,enhance the ability of residents to participate in,to improve awareness,broaden channels,enhance the ability;Fourth,promote intelligent community empowerment and build a smart community for epidemic prevention and control,which should be reflected in improving information processing and transformation capacity and dredging online and offline information communication channels.Through the above countermeasures and suggestions,we aim to improve the governance level and capacity of communities in the prevention and control of COVID-19.
