Study On Promotion Strategy Of Digital-Based Targeted Emergency Prevention And Control Of Epidemic In Nanning’s Communities

In the beginning of 2020,after the outbreak of COVID-19,the community became the last line of defense for epidemic prevention and control,and it was the key point for the country to implement targeted emergency prevention and control.Thanks to the concerted efforts of the whole people in China,the communities have made great achievements in the practice of emergency prevention and control of epidemic situation.In this paper,in view of these achievements,the author carries out a study on the subject of targeted emergency prevention and control of epidemic in Nanning’s communities from the perspective of digital management for a matrix of urban communities,aiming at summarizing the rich experience in the process of accurate emergency prevention and control of community epidemic situation,in order to establish a more mature community grid emergency management system,improve the level and ability of targeted emergency prevention and control in communities,and further promote the realization of the refined emergency prevention and control management objectives of communities in China.The author takes the implementation of grid-based targeted emergency prevention and control of epidemic situation in H Community,L Community and Q Community in Nanning as the research object,and takes the sudden break of COVID-19 as the research event.On the basis of summarizing the relevant achievements of community emergency management,epidemic emergency management and digital management for a matrix of urban communities at home and abroad,the author clarifies the concepts of community epidemic situation and targeted emergency prevention and control and digital management for a matrix of urban communities,and introduces 4R crisis management theory and Fine management for a matrix of urban communities to carry related research.At the same time,the author also adopts questionnaires and interviews to investigate the specific methods of grid-based accurate emergency prevention and control of epidemic situation in H Community,L Community and Q Community,and conducts in-depth interviews.In addition,the author analyzes the data of 411 questionnaires with the help of SPSS software.On this basis,the author concludes that communities in Nanning has made important achievements in grid-based accurate emergency prevention and control of epidemic situation,such as: the grid-based targeted prevention and control management system is more improved,the grid-based staff team is more perfect,the accuracy of grid-based information technology is significantly improved,and the grid-based targeted publicity ability is significantly improved.According to the actual situation,the author puts forward that the community should use the grid-based accurate emergency prevention and control management ability to find the hidden dangers of the epidemic in time,solve the difficulties and needs of the masses at the first time,and effectively control the emergencies and difficulties during the epidemic period,thus ensuring the normal life order and health of residents,which points out the direction for the grid-based accurate emergency prevention and control work of the communities in the future.In this epidemic prevention and control,the communities have played an important role.The community quickly strengthened the joint prevention and control efforts to build a tight line of defense against the epidemic,taking the grid as the basic unit to implement the responsibilities of territories,departments,units and families.However,there are several problems and shortcomings in the emergency prevention and control of epidemic situation in H Community,L Community and Q Community in Nanning,which affect the smooth development of emergency prevention and control of epidemic situation and reduce the efficiency of emergency prevention and control.Through investigation,the author finds the problems existing in the grid-based accurate emergency prevention and control of community epidemic situation,and analyzes its causes.On this basis,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the grid-based accurate emergency prevention and control of community epidemic situation,with a view to improving the ability and level of community emergency prevention and control.The research results of this study have positive significance for improving the accuracy and refinement of community grid-based emergency prevention and control work,and also provide practical and reference significance for other urban communities to innovate grid-based targeted emergency prevention and control mode and improve the level of community emergency management,which has contributed to better safeguarding people’s lives and property safety and maintaining social harmony and stability.
