| Objective:Observe the effect of Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription on early functional rehabilitation of affected limbs after arthroscopic reconstruction of multiple ligament injuries. Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021,a total of 60 patients diagnosed with multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint in the Sports Injury Department of Fuzhou Second Hospital who received arthroscopic surgery and postoperative limb swelling and pain, including 2 cases of detachment, were observed.Finally,58 patients meeting the requirements were included, and they were divided into observation group and control group,29 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with oral "Huoxue Xiaozhong Prescription" +basic treatment(relying on Etocaoxi tablet + Diosimin tablet + rehabilitation training),while the control group was treated with basic treatment only.VAS score, swelling degree, knee flexion and extension, swelling efficacy,Lysholm score,IKDC score and safety assessment after medication were recorded in 2 groups, and the data at different time points were statistically analyzed.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age, gender, distribution of affected sides, time from injury to operation, preoperative VAS pain score, preoperative swelling value, preoperative knee motion, preoperative Lysholm score, preoperative IKDC score and other aspects(P>0.05),indicating that the preoperative data of the two groups were comparable.2.In terms of VAS score,at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery, the resting VAS score and active VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 12 weeks after surgery.3.In terms of swelling value,at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery, the swelling value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the swelling value between the two groups at 12 weeks after surgery.4.In terms of range of motion,at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery, the knee motion of affected limb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in activity score between the two groups at 12 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).5.In terms of the efficacy of swelling subside,in the observation group, after 4 weeks of treatment,2 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,21 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, with a total effective rate of 96.6%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,0cases were effective,21 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective after 4 weeks of treatment. The total effective rate was 72.4%.The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical difference in the curative effect of swelling subside between the two groups(P<0.05).6.In terms of Lysholm score,at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in Lysholm function score between the two groups12 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).7.In terms of IKDC score,at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);There was no significant difference in IKDC score between the two groups 12 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of early administration of "Etecoxi tablet" and "Diosimin tablet" after reconstruction of multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint, the addition of "Huoxue Xiaozhong Fang" can relieve pain more effectively, reduce swelling of the knee joint, increase the range of motion of the knee joint, and promote the early functional recovery of the joint. |
