Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Deficiency Of Spleen-Kidney Qi(Yang) Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 By Sancaoniaoduling Prescription

Objective:We use Sancaoniaoduling to treat spleen and kidney qi(yang)deficiency chronic kidney disease of stage 3 to observe the change of patients’ renal function,anemia index and hepcidin.In order to prove its effect on delaying renal failure and explore how it corrects renal anemia.Methods:The subjects were selected from September 2020 to September 2021 from the inpatient and outpatient clinic of the Department of Renal Medicine of Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.A total of 94 patients who met the standard were included by random control method,which were divided into 47 cases in the observation group and 47 cases in the control group.Both groups were given basic treatment,told to avoid strenuous exercise,pay attention to rest,ensure a high-quality protein diet.The control group was given polysaccharide-iron complex,and the observation group was treated with Sancaoniaoduling for 12 weeks.Collect the changes of TCM syndrome score and related laboratory examination data before and after treatment,and use SPSS statistical software to analyze and evaluate.Results:1.A total of 94 samples were included 47 in the observation group and 47 in the control group.Two cases in the observation group and two cases in the control group failed to take medicine as required and was treated as invalid.Finally,90 cases were completed,35 cases in observation group and 35 cases in control group,and the shedding rate was 4.30.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age,weight,TCM syndrome score and related laboratory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.After treatment,hepcidin in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),glomerular filtration rate,hemoglobin,serum iron in two groups were also significantly increased(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of chronic kidney disease of stage 3 in the observation group was 88.89 and that in the control group was 71.11(P<0.05).5.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of TCM symptom score was86.67% and 68.69% respectively.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the observation,all patients did not show serious adverse reactions,liver function,electrocardiogram and other safety laboratory indicators before and after treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sancaoniaoduling prescription in the treatment of chronic kidney disease of stage 3with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi(yang)can significantly reduce the quantity of hepcidin and increase the quantity of glomerular filtration rate,hemoglobin,serum ironthe and curative effect is better than that of the control group.2.Both groups can obviously decrease TCM syndrome score,and the difference is statistically significant.3.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment of Sancaoniaoduling prescription.
