Study On Differentiation And Treatment Of Zhongjing’s Retained Fluid Disease

Objective: Retained fluid disease is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic,which has been studied since the period of Huangdi Neijing.Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases is an important part of the study of retained fluid disease,which inherits the theoretical thoughts of Neijing,but the relevant provisions and prescriptions on retained fluid disease are scattered.Through the induction,analysis and summary of the articles and prescriptions related to water drinking in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,this study aims to further explore Zhang Zhongjing’s theoretical thoughts and prescription application rules in the treatment of retained fluid disease,and provide a better basis for clinical treatment.Methods: By means of theoretical research,literature research and statistical analysis of data,this study sorted out,summarized and analyzed the articles and prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria of retained fluid disease in Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases,in order to explore the syndrome and treatment rules of Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of retained fluid disease.Content:1.Theoretical discussion on water and liquid:(1)The physiology of water metabolism: all in the human body to bear moisture,nutrition,metagenesis,metabolism,maintain the human life activities of the liquid,for water,also known as body fluid.Driven by qi,body fluid travels through the whole body through triple energizer,carrying nutrients to nourish the viscera and the orifice,and carrying wastes discharged from the body after metabolism.The formation,distribution and excretion of water are mutually completed by multiple zang-fu organs,which are mainly closely related to the spleen,lung and kidney organs.At the same time,qi,blood and body fluid are closely related,so the generation and operation of qi and blood also have an important impact on the metabolism of water fluid;(2)The pathology of water metabolism: if the function of zang fu organs is abnormal,or qi and blood,body fluid is abnormal,it can affect the normal metabolism of water,and the fluidity of water makes it easy to flow with air,or cover the head,water ling heart and lung,or block the spleen-yang,or accumulate lower energizer,and produce diseases related to water.2.Discussion on Zhongjing’s theory and Prescription in the treatment of retained fluid disease:(1)Etiology of retained fluid disease in Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases : failure,mistreatment and exogenous cause are the main etiology of retained fluid disease,and the dysfunction of zang fu function itself can also cause the occurrence of retained fluid disease;(2)Zhong Jing’s treatment of retained fluid disease: Zhong Jing’s treatment of retained fluid disease generally takes warming yang and excerting water as the main principle,and gives consideration to both strengthening and exorcising evil in treatment.Zhengqi sheng mainly expels water and drinks,and helps zhengqi supplement;The deficiency of positive qi is mainly warm yang qi,supplemented by attacking water drinking.In terms of treatment,the method of fuzheng water,exorcising evil water and reconciling water is the main method;(3)Zhongjing’s Prescriptions for the treatment of retained fluid disease: The prescriptions for the treatment of retained fluid disease in Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases are divided into three categories according to the principle of treatment.Including strengthening and benefiting water,exorcism water and reconciliation water;(4)To summarize and analyze the application of "Linggui prescription" and "Lingshao prescription" by Zhang Zhongjing.Linggui prescription to warming yang and excerting water-based,Lingshao prescription to reconciliation yin and excerting water-based.The two groups of prescriptions were complementary to each other,so that the retained fluid disease could be treated with Yin and Yang;(5)Sorting,statistics and analysis of Zhang Zhongjing’s prescriptions for water treatment.The drugs were classified according to their efficacy,and the frequency and frequency of their use were calculated.It was concluded that the four properties of water treatment by prescription were mainly warm and cold,and the five flavors were mainly sweet and bitter.In line with Zhongjing to Xinwenzhuyang,Wenhuazhushui by the basic rule.Conclusion: The characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of retained fluid disease are: Different location of disease,different ways of removing pathogens;The emphasis of attack and complement is different with the difference of positive,false and evil;The severity of the disease is different,the way of removing evil is different;Pay attention to protect Yang qi,remove evil and not hurt.In short,Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of retained fluid disease paid attention to strengthening the deficiency and improving the situation,taking warming water drinking as the general principle of treatment.
