Study On The Regularity Of Zhongjing’s Prescriptions For The Treatment Of Abnormal Water Metabolism

Objective:In this paper,the pathological products of abnormal water metabolism,such as water,dampness,fluid and phlegm,are taken as the starting point of the study.and the prescription laws of Zhongjing’s treatment are analyzed and summarized in order to provide help for doctors to effectively prescribe drugs for the treatment of the four pathological products in clinical practice.Methods:(1)Taking water,dampness,fluid and phlegm as the criteria for selecting the prescriptions,this paper extracts the relevant internal treatment prescriptions for treating the four pathological products in Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber;(2)Taking a single pathological product as the research unit and its main location as the classification criterion,it analyses the prescription law of Zhongjing in treating the four pathological products;(3)By comparing the similar prescriptions,it analyses the prescription law of Zhongjing in treating the four pathological products;(4)Summarize the prescription law of Zhongjing in treating the four pathological products.Results:(1)After sorting out the prescriptions containing incomplete medicines and those containing medicines for treating water,dampness,fluid and phlegm,but not for the four pathological products,some internal treatment prescriptions for Zhongjing were extracted.;(2)The four pathological products have the same origin and often add to each other.Therefore,Zhongjing has similarities in the treatment and prescription medication of the four pathological products;(3)Although the four pathological products are often combined with each other,Zhongjing differs from each other in terms of prescription medication because of their degree of seriousness;(4)Because of the different nature of the four pathological products,Zhongjing has different targeted medication in the treatment.Conclusion:Water,dampness,fluid and phlegm are emphasized,and the corresponding pathogenesis,treatment and prescription medication are emphasized.Through this study,we can see that Zhongjing is good at using drugs according to the location and degree of the four pathological products,and also good at prescribing drugs according to the nature and characteristics of the four pathological products.Mastering these rules can help doctors improve the clinical effect of treating the four pathological products.
