Study On Classical Prescriptions’ Treatment Of Yin Syndrome In Surgery Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The application rules of classical prescriptions have long been a subject that is worth having in-depth studies.The "prescriptions" developed by ancients are supported by the corresponding "therapeutic methods".In treatment of medical illness,classical prescription doesn’t mean "specially developing one prescription for a kind of meridian disease" or"specially developing one prescription for a kind of medical illness".The overall concept of Chinese medicine also reminds medical staffs of the interoperability between different clinical subjects’ principles,therapeutic methods,prescriptions,and drugs.As long as diseases are consistent with each other in pathogenesis,pulse conditions,and symptoms,the cross-reference of "prescription" is in line with the application rules.This study seeks to sort out the advices about the therapeutic methods,prescription selection,adding and subtraction of medical herbs,prognosis and daily care,etc.in classical prescriptions’ treatment of Yin syndrome in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine to make it better used in clinical practices of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.The subject takes the classical prescription and Yin syndromes in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine as the study objects and theoretical studies on the application of classical prescriptions in Yin syndromes in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine as a starting point;collects,sorts out the casuistics about the application of’ classical prescriptions in Yin syndromes in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine and regards them as clinical data;reorganizes,summarizes,and analyzes the casuistics which met the inclusion criteria;summarizes the process that classical prescriptions guide the treatment of yin syndrome in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine and studies the classical prescription from the perspective of interdisciplinary cross-reference.This paper has made useful explorations about the application of classical prescriptions in Yin syndromes in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine through the above methods and demonstrated the theoretical validity and clinical practicability of classical prescriptions’application in Yin syndromes in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,which helps the future clinical practices of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Meanwhile,it reasonably interprets classical prescription and found some new perspectives to comprehend provisions in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".
