Clinical Observation Of Modified Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao Decoction Combined With Silver Needle In The Treatment Of Wind Cold Dampness Type Low Back Myofasciitis

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle in the treatment of wind cold dampness type low back myofasciitisMethods:From January 2021 to January 2022,72 patients with wind cold dampness type low back myofasciitis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with silver needle heat conduction once a week and seven days as a course of treatment for two consecutive weeks.The experimental group was treated with Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy.The silver needle heat conduction treatment was the same as the control group,one dose of traditional Chinese Medicine per day and seven days as a course of treatment for two consecutive weeks.The VAS score,rdq score,lumbar ROM and TCM symptom efficacy score of the two groups before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were compared,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 to objectively evaluate the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.During the treatment,1 case fell off in the control group and 1 case fell off in the experimental group.The patients in the two groups were included in age,sex,There was no significant difference in course of disease,VAS score,rdq score,lumbar mobility and curative effect score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(P > 0.05).2.VAS score: after treatment,at the end of each course of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before,and the difference was statistically significant,The decrease level in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy can better reduce the pain of patients.3.Rdq score: after treatment,at the end of each course of treatment,the rdq scores of the two groups were lower than those before,and the difference was statistically significant,The decrease level in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy can better improve the functional activities of patients.4.Lumbar ROM: after treatment,at the end of each course of treatment,the lumbar ROM of the two groups increased compared with the former,and the difference was statistically significant,The increase degree of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy can better improve the activity of lumbar spine.5.TCM symptom efficacy score: after treatment,at the end of each course of treatment,the TCM symptom efficacy score of the two groups was lower than that of the previous one,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and the decline level of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy is better in improving TCM symptoms.6.Efficacy evaluation: the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was that of the control group(72.2%)and the experimental group(91.7%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:Silver needle heat conduction therapy and Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy have certain curative effects in improving patients’ pain,TCM syndrome,waist function and activity,but Guizhi Jiangfu Ejiao decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy has more significant effect than single silver needle heat conduction therapy.
