Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Synovitis (wind-cold-dampness Arthralgia Syndrome

Objective: Through clinical observation of the curative effect and safety of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on knee osteoarthrosis synovitis of wind-cold-dampness bi syndrome,and analysis of its influence on various scores,in order to provide a more safe and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 64 patients with knee osteoarthrosis synovitis(wind-cold-dampness bi syndrome)treated in the outpatient department of Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment such as functional exercise.The treatment group was given Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction and the control group was given celecoxib capsule.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.VAS score,WOMAC score,swelling score and TCM syndrome score before and after medication were analyzed statistically.Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the general information,VAS score,WOMAC score,swelling score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P >0.05),which was comparable.After 2 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,swelling scores,WOMAC scores and VAS scores between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the swelling score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score,WOMAC score and VAS score were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(71.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Guizhiao Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of knee joint inflammatory synovitis(wind-cold-dampness BI syndrome)and improve the joint function of patients.It is better than the control group in improving VAS score,WOMAC score,swelling score and TCM syndrome score,with few adverse reactions.The efficacy is positive,and it is worth further exploration and promotion.
