Study On Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Different Main Symptoms

Objective: In this study,the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements were analyzed according to the characteristics of different main symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)patients,so as to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment of different main symptoms of GERD.Methods: A total of 170 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were admitted to Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled in this study.The four diagnosis information of ger D patients with different main symptoms were collected and input into the syndrome differentiation system.Through theoretical discussion and clinical study,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements of GERD with different main symptoms and their correlation were analyzed.Results:1.In this study,there was no statistical difference in gender and age distribution of gastroesophageal reflux disease with esophageal symptoms,gastroesophageal reflux disease with respiratory symptoms,and gastroesophageal reflux disease with chest and back symptoms(P > 0.05).2.Distribution characteristics of syndrome elements in each group: in the esophageal symptom group,the main syndromes were stomach,liver,spleen,gallbladder,chest diaphragm,heart,lung and mind,and the main syndromes were dampness,heat,qi stagnation,phlegm,qi deficiency,blood stasis,Yang deficiency and blood deficiency.In respiratory symptoms group,the main syndromes were lung,liver,spleen,heart and mind,and the main syndromes were phlegm,qi stagnation,dampness,heat,Yin deficiency and qi deficiency.In the chest and back symptom group,the main disease locations were liver,spleen,heart,mind,gallbladder,chest diaphragm,kidney and stomach,and the main pathogenic factors were qi stagnation,phlegm,dampness,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis and Yin deficiency.3.Comparison of syndrome elements in each group: there were statistical differences in the grade distribution of syndrome elements in liver,gallbladder,lung,qi stagnation,heat,dampness and sputum between esophageal symptom group and respiratory symptom group(P< 0.05);There were statistical differences in the grade distribution of symptoms of heart,liver,gallbladder,qi stagnation,heat,dampness,blood stasis and qi deficiency between esophageal symptom group and chest and back symptom group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Esophageal symptoms gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)mainly includes stomach,liver and spleen,and its main symptoms are dampness,heat,qi stagnation and sputum.2.Respiratory symptoms of GASTROesophageal reflux disease mainly include lung,liver and spleen,and the main symptoms are phlegm,qi stagnation and dampness.3.The main syndromes of gastroesophageal reflux disease with chest and back symptoms are liver,spleen and heart,and the disease is mixed with deficiency and solid.The empirical syndromes are mainly qi stagnation,phlegm and dampness,and the deficiency syndromes are mainly Yang deficiency and qi deficiency.
