| Objective:To process the medical records of Professor Jiang Suyin collected from the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Chinese Medical Hall of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to summarize the compatibility characteristics of Professor Jiang Suyin’s prescriptions.Methods:Prof.Jiang Suyin’s prescription data from January 2020 to June 2021 were collected by combining data export and manual collection,and the original data table including the patient’s name,gender,age,and four diagnoses was established using excel tables,including the original data table of Western medicine diagnosis disease,Chinese medicine diagnosis disease,Chinese medicine prescription name,Chinese medicine prescription composition and dosage,and prescription physician name,and then the target database was standardized.Using the data mining system TCM inheritance calculation platform V3.0,three data mining methods are used:frequency statistics,correlation rule analysis,and classification association rule analysis to mine and study related data.Finally,the results of data mining are analyzed,and Professor Jiang Suyin’s experience in prescription drug matching for the treatment of menstrual disease is derived.Results:1.Collect and sort out a total of 3436 gynecological outpatient medical cases of Professor Jiang Suyin,including 5136 prescriptions,including 27 gynecological diseases.Sorted by the frequency of cases,the top four disease names are menorrhagia,late menstrual disease,amenorrhea disease,and leakage disease.Effective prescription involves a total of 210 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,high-frequency drugs include white peony,angelica,yam,red peony,cooked yellow,etc.,mainly to supplement the deficiency of drugs,four qi classification to warm medicine as the head,five flavor classification to sweet medicine the most,attribution to the liver meridian is more common.2.Prof.Jiang Suyin’s prescription drug analysis for the treatment of menstrual diseases2.1 In January,the overall analysis of the few diseases: among the 1704 prescriptions,a total of 115 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,and the high-frequency drugs included white peony,angelica,ripe ground yellow,yam,goji berries,silk seeds,chai hu,red peony,xiangfu,and peach kernel.The effect is mainly to supplement the deficiency,the four qi have the most warmth,the five tastes have the most sweet taste,and the return to the liver meridian is the most.4 related rules: white peony → angelica,white peony → ripe ground yellow,angelica → ripe ground yellow,white peony,angelica → ripe ground yellow.Analysis of 2 rules: white peony → ripe ground yellow,angelica,cooked yellow → white peony.The 6core combinations are: Angelica-Xiangfu-Red Peony-White Peony-Cooked Ground Yellow-Silkworm Seed-Yam-Curcuma,White Technique-White Peony-Angelica-Sichuan Root-Xiangfu-Poria-Chai Hu-Red Peony,White Peony-Female Virgin-Cooked Yellow-Angelica-Dogwood-Made He Shou Wu-Goji Berry-Yam,Cooked Yellow-White Art-Yam-Ginseng-Party Ginseng-Sichuan root-astragalus.2.2 Overall analysis of postmenstrual diseases: Among the 1135 prescriptions,a total of 97 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,and high-frequency drugs included white peony,angelica,ripe ground yellow,yam,goji berries,silk seeds,red peony,chai hu,xiangfu,and peach kernel.The effect is mainly to supplement the deficiency,the four qi have the most warmth,the five tastes have the most sweet taste,and the return to the liver meridian is the most.There are 4 rules of association: Angelica-cooked ground yellow,white peony-cooked ground yellow,white peony-angelica,white peony-angelica-cooked ground yellow.Analysis of 2 rules: angelica,ripe yellow → white peony,white peony,cooked yellow →angelica.The 6 core combinations are: White Peony-Angelica-Bai Shu-Xiang Fu-Chuan Qian-Chai Hu-Poria-Red Peony,Female Virgin-White Peony-Dogwood-Cooked Ground Yellow-Silk Seed-Angelica-Yam-Purple River Car,Chai Hu-Cooked Ground Yellow-Silk Seed-Deer Antler Cream-Peach Kernel-Angelica-Angelica-Yam-Curcuma,Ripe Ground Yellow-Silk Seed-Yam-Angelica Seed-Yam-Horned Silk yellow-silk seeds.2.3 Overall analysis of amenorrhea: Among the 526 prescriptions,a total of 72 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,and high-frequency drugs included white peony,angelica,ripe ground yellow,silk seed,yam,goji berries,red peony,xiangfu,chai hu,peach kernel.The effect is mainly to supplement the deficiency,the four qi have the most warmth,the five tastes have the most sweet taste,and the return to the liver meridian is the most.Among them,the first 3 correlation rules are white peony-angelica,white peony-cooked yellow,angelica-cooked yellow.Analysis of the first 3 rules: cooked ground yellow,yam,wolfberry→angelica,angelica,yam,wolfberry → cooked ground yellow,cooked yellow → white peony.The 6 core combinations are: Female Virgin-White Peony-Cooked Ground Yellow-Silk Seed-Angelica-Yam,Chai Hu-Red Peony-White Peony-Peach Kernel-Angelica-Curly,Safflower-Cooked Ground Yellow-Silkworm Seed-Goat Weed-Angelica-Yam,White Peony-Angelica-Peach Kernel-Red Peony-White Technique-Poria,Continuous Interruption-Angelica-White Peony-Cooked Yellow-Chai Hu-Goji Berry.2.4 Overall analysis of avalanche and leakage disease: Among the 462 prescriptions,a total of 119 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,and high-frequency drugs included white peony,crane grass,madder,ground elm,ejiao,raw ground yellow,peony peel,red peony,female virgin,and ink dry lotus.The effect is mainly to supplement the deficiency,the four qi have the most cold,the five tastes have the most bitterness,and the return to the liver meridian is the most.Among them,the first 3 medication rules are white peony-crane grass,crane grass-madder grass-elm,crane grass-madder grass.Analysis of 2 rules: madder,ground elm→ crane grass,ground elm → crane grass.The 3 core combinations are: white peony-dogwood-female virgin-red peony-ground elm,raw ground yellow-white peony-peony skin-dogwood-crane grass,white art-white peony-yam-dang ginseng-poria.Conclusion:1.Professor Jiang Suyin treats menstrual diseases,the medicinal properties are mainly warm,flat and cold,the medicinal taste is sweet,bitter and spicy,and the drugs are mainly attributed to the liver meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian.Professor Jiang Suyin attaches great importance to the treatment of gynecological diseases,attaches importance to the three organs of liver,kidney and spleen,and is good at using sweet and warm to supplement deficiency,hard work and bitter discharge to nourish yin and blood,and to activate blood,which reflects the treatment characteristics of Professor Jiang in the treatment of gynecological menstrual diseases and laxatives,focusing on tonics.2.Professor Jiang Suyin’s treatment of menstrual diseases is mainly based on disease identification,and disease identification is combined with dialectics;treatment of the root causes is the mainstay,both symptoms and root causes are treated;the same disease is treated differently,and different diseases are treated according to age.Through the water out of the kidneys,tonify the kidneys to cure the meridians;liver and self-regulation,the body and treatment to cure the liver;blood as the basis of the menstruation,healthy spleen to fill the source.Professor Jiang Suyin’s common prescription dosage for the treatment of menstrual diseases generally conforms to the specifications of pharmacopoeia dosage,reflecting the therapeutic characteristics of Professor Jiang Suyin. |
