Women are becoming more and more conscious of their personal health,And with the development of information technology and the promotion of Internet medicine,female health management has become a new tide of internet ’She-conomy’.However,with the explosive growth of the market for female health management services,there are still many problems in the rapidly developing mobile apps,after entering the era of experience economy,users pay more attention to the experience of using products,and female health management apps facing various challenges are in urgent need of optimization and upgrading.Laws of needs development in TRIZ theory system is based on the study of existing methods of understanding and acquiring user needs,and can be used to acquire dynamically changing user requirements,as well as to predict and explore the direction of needs for future product development.From the perspective of laws of needs development,this study explores the design strategies that can improve the user experience of female health management apps and provides new ideas for the experience design of female health management apps.First of all,this paper summarizes and outlines various aspects of laws of needs development and female health management apps,and analyzes that the introduction of laws of needs development helps to adapt to women’s dynamic needs and has great significance and value for the optimization of platform design,and also composes a feasible research process and method.Secondly,based on the subdivision of laws of needs development,we analyzed the experience elements involved in female health management apps based on literature research and pre-research,and established a total of 16 evaluation indexes in the user experience evaluation system,including sensory level,interaction level and reflection level.Based on the derived user experience evaluation system,user research was conducted,and the user experience evaluation of female health management app users was collected by distributing quantitative questionnaires,analyzing the reliability,validity and relevance of the data in SPSS20.0,and then mining the user needs in the low rating indexes through semi-structured interviews.The user mental model and persona model are finally constructed based on the user research data.Finally,based on the user evolution needs extracted from the user research,the design principles and optimal design strategies of female health management app were explored,and the design strategies were translated into concrete product forms through the interaction information framework and interface visual design,and the satisfaction of the design practice was tested and the results were compared to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimal design strategies of female health management app based on laws of needs development.The feasibility and effectiveness of the design strategy based on laws of needs development for the optimization of female health management app were verified.This paper explores the establishment of a user evaluation system and the optimization of design strategies based on laws of needs development to provide a variety of models and methods for the design of female health management apps,reflecting the humanization and emotionality in the design.The study intends to improve the emotional and meaningful dimensions of such products by considering the actual physiological conditions and psychological feelings in the process of female health management,providing women with The study aims to improve the emotional and meaningful dimensions of these products by considering the actual physiological conditions and psychological feelings in the process of female health management,and to provide women with more effective and easy-to-use reproductive health management guidelines. |
