With the rapid development of medical information technology,China’s traditional medical work methods and management models have been difficult to meet the needs of today’s medical workers and a large number of examinees to participate in physical examination efficiently.Moreover,the incidence of cardiovascular disease can be effectively reduced through necessary medical technology means and services.Combined with the characteristics of traditional physical examination,it is urgent to make efficient use of and integrate the existing information resources,establish a stable,efficient and accurate management mode,and realize the development of informatization,digitalization and standardization of medical physical examination.The content of the project is to design and establish a set of to b-end background management pages for medical staff and call center customer service personnel,as well as a mobile end H5 page for testers for the cardiovascular health examination work of the physical examination center of bishop Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.The research and design part of the whole work was completed by the author independently,and the development work was completed and finally launched in cooperation with the off campus personnel responsible for the front end.Firstly,this paper makes a preliminary desktop survey on the development of medical informatization,the current situation of China’s health management platform products and to b-end products;Then,through the method of competitive product analysis,I learned about the product cases and mobile end products of two authoritative professional medical management background software development companies in the market,and made a comparative analysis of their product core functions,information architecture,business processes and interface layout,and reached a conclusion;Based on the in-depth user interview method,the user research combed the existing working methods,workflow and optimization direction of each role in health detection,and established the user role model and user experience map;In addition,based on the core demands of users,the product establishes design opportunity points and provides guidance for subsequent design.After clarifying the product positioning,the interaction design of web end products and mobile end products is carried out,including formulating design principles,establishing design strategies,finalizing core functions,optimizing business processes,product functions and information architecture,and interaction of prototype drawings.Later,the visual style of the product will be explored;Then the visual design specification of the product is established from the selection of color,font,word weight,icon and components;Then the iteration of products at both ends is completed by formulating availability test indicators and arranging availability test tasks.Finally,the online work was completed through the front-end participation in the development.In addition to the functional output of the product,the product also makes a lot of analysis to improve efficiency and improve the sense of user experience.Since the health examination management information platform was launched in September,2020,bishop has completed more than 1500 hyperq cardiovascular health examinations.On this basis,the usability test is carried out,and the design is optimized according to the test results.Through design practice,this project has greatly improved the work efficiency and user experience of health detection related personnel.Optimized the original inefficient working mode and management mode,and optimized the health detection management background information system.Empower relevant staff and maximize their service value.The establishment of the management platform makes the working mode more standardized.On the other hand,it ensures the benign and stable operation of the company’s physical examination center to a greater extent.The whole process from interview to output of design results has certain practical reference value,and effectively broadens the dissemination and development of design research and practical knowledge. |
