| With the outbreak and spread of the new coronavirus pneumonia in recent years,people’s attention to respiratory diseases has also increased sharply,and the demand for micropressure oxygen chambers as respiratory health auxiliary conditioning products has increased significantly.At the same time,many elderly people also pay more attention to their own health problems,which has led to the fact that the home micro-pressure oxygen chamber products,which are health care home products,have a certain influence among the elderly at home,and promote their entry into the families of the elderly.However,the current micro-pressure oxygen chamber equipment on the market has problems such as complicated installation,inconvenient transportation,and the appearance design does not conform to the family environment atmosphere,so it needs to be improved at home.This design analyzes the main user needs of health care furniture,summarizes the design principles of health care furniture,and designs a safe and reliable micro-pressure oxygen chamber product that meets the needs of family use.And through finite element simulation analysis,the structure is optimized.The main design and research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The characteristics of the elderly at home were analyzed and summarized,and a user survey on the use of health care furniture was conducted with the goal of the elderly at home,and it was found that auxiliary physiotherapy equipment aimed at relieving cardiovascular diseases of the elderly is an important development direction in the future.At the same time,the elderly are highly motivated to accept and try health care furniture.Through more indepth user interviews and user simulation portraits,the user demand model of health care furniture and the design principles of health care furniture suitable for home-based elderly people are summarized,and the home micro-pressure oxygen chamber products are designed.(2)From the perspectives of the mechanical structure,air tightness and pressure bearing performance of the micro-pressure oxygen chamber,the design and optimization of the air tight structure design scheme of the commonly used push-pull hatches are carried out,and a suitable one is designed.Push-pull electromagnetic lock closed doors for a variety of airtight equipment.At the same time,the control module and program operation logic flow of the micro-pressure chamber control system scheme were discussed in depth,and the interface interaction scheme of the micro-pressure chamber control system was designed in cooperation.(3)The finite element method was used to carry out static analysis and optimization of the design scheme model,and it was found that when the micro-pressure oxygen chamber was stressed under normal working conditions,its maximum equivalent stress value was 24.5 MPa,and the safety factor was 3.6(greater than 1.2);And the maximum equivalent stress values of the selected tempered glass material and carbon steel connectors can reach 37.04 MPa and 78.31 MPa respectively;the safety factors are 2.27(greater than 1.2)and 3(greater than 1.2)respectively,all of which meet the safety requirements.Through continuous reduction and iteration of the sidewall thickness of the design scheme model,it is found that the use requirements can be fully met when the sidewall thickness is 18 mm.At the same time,the back plate is reinforced,so that the total deformation is reduced from 14.6 mm to 7.02 mm,and the maximum equivalent stress value still meets the actual allowable stress conditions of the material,which meets the requirements of the working conditions of the micro-pressure oxygen chamber.(4)According to the optimal plan obtained by the finite element method,the entity model of the micro-pressure oxygen chamber was made,and the pressure-bearing test and air tightness test were carried out on the produced model,which proved that the designed model of the micro-pressure oxygen chamber satisfies the its pressure requirements.At the same time,the airtightness performance is improved in the structural design by detecting the air leakage position and leakage rate.Through this research,it can provide support for the micro-pressure oxygen chamber,one of the health care furniture products,to enter the family popularization state from the medical field,and provide a new direction for the development of the home care model,and expand the new field of future care furniture development. |
