Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency)

Objective: To observe the TCM symptom score and total syndrome score,IBS-SSS symptom score and HAMA score of patients with diarrhea-predomina nt irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)-syndrome of liver stagnation and spl een deficiency treated with acupuncture combined with Jieyu Yunpi Decocti on.With routine acupuncture as the control group,to explore the clinicaladvantages of the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatme nt of IBS-D,so as to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of IBS-D.Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group.Among them,there were 2 cases of shed ding in the treatment group,1 case of rejection,1 case of shedding and 2 cases of rejection in the control group,and 60 cases were completed.The tr eatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Jieyu Yunpi Deco ction,acupuncture once every other day,three times a week,and oral tradit ional Chinese medicine decoction once a day,seven times a week;Simple acupuncture in control group,acupuncture frequency is the same as that intre atment group.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the TCM symptom score,total syndrome score,IBS-SSS score and HAMA score of the two groups of patients were recorded,and the collected data were st atistically analyzed to compare the difference of curative effect.Results: 1.Single symptom score and total syndrome score of traditio nal Chinese medicine: The difference between the two groups before and af ter treatment showed that the abdominal pain was about to diarrhea,pain reduction after diarrhea,limb fatigue and total syndrome score were P<0.01,which had significant statistical significance;P<0.05 in abdominal d istention,abdominal pain,diarrhea and irritability,which was statistic ally significant.P>0.05 in flank pain,belching and loss of appetite,with no statistical significance.It is suggested that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving abdominal distension,abdom inal pain,diarrhea,diarrhea,pain relief after diarrhea,irritability and limb fatigue,and the two groups have the same treatment effect in imp roving abdominal distension,belching and anorexia.2.IBS-SSS score comparison:The difference of IBS-SSS score between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the defecation satis faction,quality of life and total score were P<0.01,with significant stat istical significance,abdominal pain degree and frequency were P<0.05,and abdominal distension degree was P>0.05.It is suggested that the treatmentgroup is superior to the control group in improving the degree of abdominal pain,frequency of abdominal pain,defecation satisfaction and quality of life,and the two groups have the same curative effect in improving thedegree of abdominal distension.3.HAMA score comparison:the difference between HAMA score before andafter treatment between the two groups were P<0.05,which was statistically significant.It was suggested that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the anxiety mood.4.Comparison of total clinical efficacy:the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the control group was 66.67%,and t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Jieyu Yunpi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety status of IBS-D patients in a relatively short period of 2 weeks,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is better than the conventional acupuncture group.
