Clinical Study Of Tiaogan Jiangya Fang On Hyperactive Liver-Fire Syndrome With Elevated Blood Homocysteine Of Normal High Blood Pressure

Objective: To explore the effect of Tiaogan Jiangya recipe on blood pressure and the level of blood homocysteine in people with normal high blood pressure and hyperactivity of liver fire,so as to provide support for controlling blood pressure and blood homocysteine and delaying the process of hypertension.Methods: A total of 100 people aged 18-59 with high blood pressure and liver fire syndrome with elevated blood homocysteine level in the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine of Junan County people’s Hospital in 2019.12-2020.11 were randomly divided into two groups:intervention group(n = 50)and control group(n = 50).The intervention group was given Tiaogan Jiangya recipe,while the control group was only given lifestyle intervention for 4 weeks.The scores of TCM syndrome,the curative effect of blood pressure and the level of blood homocysteine in the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed before and after intervention.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the scores of dizziness,irritability,red face,bitter mouth,dry mouth,Deutzia,red tongue and yellow fur in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in headache,red eyes and dry stool between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of TCM Syndrome in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the total curative effect of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the decrease of HCY in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Tiaogan Jiangya recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with normal high blood pressure and hyperactivity of liver fire.(2)Tiaogan Jiangya recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo,irritability,blush,bitter mouth,dry mouth,red tongue,yellow tongue and pulse string in patients with normal high blood pressure and hyperactivity of liver fire.(3)Tiaogan Jiangya recipe can reduce serum HCY level in patients with normal high blood pressure and hyperactivity of liver fire.
