Internal Supervision Of Pharmaceutical Procurement In TZ Hospital

In recent years,the market economy has developed rapidly,the inside and outside environment of each industry has changed greatly,the situation of our country’s public hospitals has also changed obviously,the management mode of public hospitals should keep pace with the times.On the one hand,public hospitals have become larger and larger,their economic operations have become more and more complex,and the difficulty of Hospital Management has obviously increased.On the other hand,cases of violation of discipline and law in medical procurement are frequent,the previous management system can not play a good regulatory role on the existing economic activities.With the implementation of purchasing in quantity and the implementation of drug zero price difference,hospitals will face more severe challenges in the future development,and the internal control system of public hospitals needs to further improve the quality requirements,it highlights the importance and necessity of the construction of internal supervision system.With the further development of market economy,internal supervision has increasingly become the core of organizational management.From the view of internal environment,it is urgent for public hospitals to set up a modern internal supervision system to supervise the medicine purchase continuously and effectively,so as to ensure the healthy development of hospitals.Through the investigation of the actual situation of TZ hospital internal supervision,it is found that TZ hospital has no special internal supervision institution,the management of the existing supervision mechanism is confused,the responsibilities and powers of each other are unclear,there is no effective internal supervision,and the executive ability is seriously lacking;In the hospital,the internal supervision mechanism has not been paid enough attention to,the supervision department is in vain,the hospital management lacks the active risk consciousness,there is no good internal risk assessment mechanism,does not pay attention to the existing risk factors;There is no information technology to keep pace with the times.The hospital financial budget execution is not effective,the fund utilization efficiency is low,the contract execution and the supervisory process are not standard and so on.According to the characteristics of the medical procurement process in TZ hospital and the organizational structure of the hospital,the effectiveness of the internal supervision of the medical procurement in TZ hospital was evaluated by applying the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the current internal control framework,on the basis of the evaluation,the concrete improvement and optimization measures are put forward.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some effective solutions from unit level and business level,consummates the hospital internal supervision system,strengthens the supervision of purchasing,and maintains the healthy ecological environment of the hospital.From this point of view,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in public hospitals,and puts forward constructive measures and suggestions for improvement.
