Research On Optimization Of Internal Control Of Material Purchase In M Hospital

The procurement of hospital materials is the most basic material guarantee for various hospitals to carry out medical services,scientific research and teaching activities.In order to improve the quality of medical service,in addition to constantly improving the medical level of medical staff and increasing experience,it also need to rely on modern experimental means and the progress of medical supplies,so the procurement management of medical equipment and other related materials is of great significance in the operation of hospitals,the improvement of medical level and other aspects.In M hospital supplies purchasing internal control system as the research object,combined with hierarchical analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analysis of the internal control status,establish the evaluation index system of internal control effect,optimize the internal control from the perspective of internal control,and finally proposed the implementation of internal control optimization scheme.First of all,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,reviews the current situation of domestic and foreign literature on material procurement and internal control,briefly introduces the basic theory and overview of procurement and internal control,analyzes the importance of internal control in hospital material procurement,and briefly introduces hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,it briefly introduces the situation of M hospital,organizational structure and procurement status of M hospitals,expounds the current situation of internal control of material procurement of M hospital and analyzes it,establishes an effect evaluation index system for the internal control system of material procurement of M hospital,and uses hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate it.Thirdly,the optimized internal control target of hospital material procurement is clarified,and the internal control system of M hospital material procurement is optimized on this basis,and the internal control optimization scheme is put forward for the optimized scheme.On the one hand,the research in this paper can provide feasible suggestions for the construction of internal control system of material procurement in M hospital,on the other hand,it can provide reasonable suggestions for the improvement and development of internal control of material procurement in other hospitals.
