| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage therapy based on "Doctrine of Axis Meridians" in the treatment of pediatric night crying(heart heat accumulation),and explore the advantages of its clinical application,to provide a practical and effective massage prescription for the treatment of pediatric night crying.Methods:Sixty-four children with night crying with heart heat accumulation were selected and divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The observation group used pediatric massage therapy intervention based on the "Doctrine of Axis Meridians" guidance,the control group used conventional pediatric massage treatment,treatment 1times a day,each operation 20～30min,5 times as a course of treatment,1course of rest for 2 days after the end of the next course,a total of 2 courses of intervention.The therapeutic effect of the two different treatment methods on night crying and the improvement of heat accumulation syndrome of heart meridian were evaluated by comparing the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)main symptom score,TCM secondary symptom score and TCM syndrome total score before and after treatment.In this study,SPSS21.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis and comparison of clinical treatment effects and data of clinical subjects.Results:A total of 64 children with night crying of heart meridian heat accumulation were included in the study,including 5 cases of shedding,and 59 cases were finally completed.30 cases were actually included in the observation group and 29 cases were actually included in the control group.1.There were no significant differences in gender,age and disease course between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),with comparability.2.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the main symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the main symptom score of 2 groups was significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in both groups could reduce the main symptom score of the children,but the observation group was better than the control group.3.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of secondary symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the scores of secondary symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of secondary symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in both groups could reduce the score of secondary symptoms,but the observation group was better than the control group.4.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in both groups could reduce the total score of TCM syndromes in the children,but the observation group was better than the control group.5.In the observation group,3 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,16 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0%.In the control group,1 case was cured,3 cases were effective,19 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was79.3%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Pediatric massage therapy in the treatment of children night crying(heart heat accumulation)under the guidance of "Doctrine of Axis Meridians" has definite curative effect,can effectively improve the situation of children night crying.2.The process of Pediatric massage therapy in the treatment of children night crying(heart heat accumulation)under the guidance of " Doctrine of Axis Meridians" is no adverse reactions,good safety. |
