| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Zhiti Wendan Decoction in the treatment of night crying(Panic injured mind)in children,this paper discusses the efficacy and advantages of Zhiti Wendan Decoction in the treatment of night crying in children,and provides a broader diagnosis and treatment idea for the treatment of night crying in children.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,72 children(aged 6-36 months)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 children in each group.The experimental group was given Zhiti Wendan Decoction orally,while the control group was given Hupo Baolong Pill orally,both were treated for one week.The scores of TCM syndromes,sleep quality and overall curative effect of each group of children before and after treatment were recorded and counted,and the data were statistically processed and analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.General analysis: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,duration of illness and the points of each symptom before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Analysis of the total efficacy: the total effective rate of the test group was 94.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.29%,and the difference was statistically significant after analysis(P<0.05).The comparison between groups showed that the difference between the test group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment protocols were effective for the disease,and the overall efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.3.Analysis of the TCM symptoms: The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)in terms of improvement in the TCM primary symptom of frightened crying,the number of cries,their duration and the number of night waking,the secondary symptom of susceptibility to fright,the greenish grey or blueish white face,and the total score of the symptoms.After treatment,the differences between the test group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).This means that both treatment protocols were effective in improving the children’s panic crying,the number of cries,the duration and number of night waking,the degree of fright,and the greenish grey or blueish white face,and the test group improved better than the control group.4.Analysis of sleep disorder symptoms: The comparison results of the single integral and total integral of sleep disorder symptoms(difficulty in falling asleep,difficulty in breathing during sleep,feeling cold or hot during sleep,nightmare,easy to wake up during sleep,daytime sleepiness)between the two groups before and after treatment show that there is a statistically significant difference in improving sleep-related symptoms(P<0.05),which indicates that both treatment schemes of the two groups can effectively improve children’s sleep symptoms,and the improvement effect of the experimental group is better.Conclusion:1.Zhiti Wendan Decoction in treating night crying in children(Panic injured mind)was better than that of the Hupo Baolong Pill group.2.Zhiti Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the main symptoms(panic crying,number of cries,duration and number of night wakings)and the secondary symptoms(degree of frightening,blue-gray or blue-white face)of children with night cries(Panic injured mind),and is better than Hupo Baolong Pill.3.Zhiwendan Decoction can improve the symptoms of sleep disorder in children with night crying(Panic injured mind)and is superior to Hupo Baolong Pill. |
