Clinical Study On Improving Lung Function Of Children With Bronchiolitis Obliterans By Massage Therapy At Feishu Point

Objective:To observe the improvement of lung function of children with bronchiolitis obliterans by using massage therapy at Feishu point and the treatment mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:62 cases of children with bronchiolitis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with feishu acupoint massage+Western medicine,and the control group was treated with western medicine alone.The two groups had the same drugs.Both groups were set 7 days as a course of treatment,with a total of 6 courses.Clinical symptom score,6-minute walking test(6MWT)and main indicators of lung function were used for data statistics,and the efficacy differences between the two groups were compared.Results:1.Lung function:The improvement of FEV1(forced expiratory volume in one second),FEV1/FVC(forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity),PEF(peak expiratory flow)and FEF50(instantaneous flow rate of 50%forced expiratory vital capacity)were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Six-minute walking test(6MWT):Both groups could improve the 6-minute walking test distance after treatment,and the improvement of lung function was evaluated by comparing the walking test data of the two groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Clinical symptom score:The total score of clinical symptoms was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of individual clinical symptoms,there were statistically significant differences in sputum volume,lung auscultation,respiratory frequency and monthly infection times between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There were no significant differences in cough,wheezing and three depressions between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Clinical efficacy:The results showed that both groups were effective,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and that of the control group was 77.42%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The massage therapy based on Feishu point can improve the lung function of children with bronchiolitis obliterans.
