Objective:To review the case data of 60 patients with the noninvasive stage of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to the Vascular Ulcer Surgery Department of the Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2022,to analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease, and to guide the clinical drug use.Method:According to diagnosis and inclusion criteria to search cases and statistical patient age, risk factors, pathogenic site, symptoms and signs of lower limb ischemia, blood lipid parameter. For patients, internal use traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation, external use traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, internal use platelet aggregation inhibitor and anticoagulant medicine, intravenous medication to improve peripheral circulation, combined with vascular reconstruction surgery.Compare the improvement of clinical symptoms, the changes of blood lipid parameter, coagulation indicator,ABI before and after treatment, make a score table for the symptoms of the affected limb for comparative analysis, analyze and summarize the research results, and write the paper. Results:In this study, there were 60 patients with ASO in the non-rout stage, among which 24 patients were cured after 2 weeks of treatment,26 patients were significantly effective,8 patients were effective, and 2patient was ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.67%.After treatment with Chinese and Western medicine, blood lipid and coagulation indexes were improved, symptoms and symptoms of lower limb ischemia were relieved,ABI were significantly increased, and the differences before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The ischemic condition of the limb was evaluated, showing severe intermittent claudication,or even unbearable resting pain, and the symptoms of long-term medication could not be alleviated. The ischemic condition of the limb was evaluated with imaging indicators(ABI,enhanced CT).Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment during perioperative period can relieve the symptoms of lower limb ischemia from the root, improve the clinical manifestations such as cold lower limbs, pain, intermittent claudication and so on,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Oral decoction combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the postoperative blood lipid and coagulation index of patients, further strengthen the consolidation treatment, and reduce the postoperative recurre nce rate.
