| Objective: To disclose the therapeutic mechanism on the immunity of lumago for aged patients caused by kidney deficiency, the study used modernistic lab examine .Methods: 120 patients selected from outpatients and wardpatients of the Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital were devided randomly into tuina group and controll group. Tuina group took Shenshu point as the dominant method, rubbing waist?sacrum and Shenshu to Mingmen points additionally in the type of insufficiency of kidney-yang while rubbing Yongquan point in the type of insufficiency of kidney-yin. There are 15days in a period of treatment and the trerapy was manipulated in 20 minutes once a day between 2 coursrs continusly. In the controll group patients of insufficiency of kidney-yang and insufficiency of kidney-yin took different boluses in the same course of treatment. Looking on clinical curative effect?complex evaluateon of pain? NO?the content of Immune globulin?T lymphocyte and the transformation ofblood flow as observation indexes, observed before and afer therapy.Results: The results showed that there was significant difference between the Tuina group and the controlling group(P <0.01) in clinical curativeeffect?complex evaluateon of pain?NO, the content of Immune globulin?T lymphocyte(CD3?CD4?CD4/CD8) and the transformation of blood flow . The tuina group was superior to that of the control group in treating lumbago for aged patients caused by kidney deficiency .Conc I us ions:The study confirms that lower immuneity may be one of the pathogenies causing lumbago for aged people. The therapeutic mechanism of Tuina in treating lumago for aged patients caused by kidney deficiency lies not only on its analgesic effect and amending the microcircle, but also on improveing the abnormal immunity function. |
