Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qin Qiang Shao Gan Tang oral administration combined with phloroglucinol intravenously for postoperative analgesia in Damp-heat type mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:One hundred and five patients who underwent external Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat type and met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into 35 cases each in group A,group B and group C according to the randomization method. After surgery, all patients were given basic treatment, group A was given Qin Qiang Shao Gan Tang orally, group B was given phloroglucinol intravenously, and group C was given Qin Qiang Shao Gan Tang orally + phloroglucinol intravenously. The postoperative anal pain, defecation, anal tenesmus, and wound healing time of the patients in the three groups were recorded, collated and summarized, and then statistically analyzed. Results:In the three groups of patients, group A,group B and group C,there were no significant differences in gender composition, age distribution, disease duration, and the number of postoperative open trauma of the anus(P>0.05);after treatment, there were significant differences between group C and groups A and B in postoperative anal pain condition and first defecation pain score, and anal tenesmus condition(P<0.05),it means that the effect of group C is better than group A and group B.In the postoperative first defecation time and symptom scores, there were significant differences between groups A and C,group A and B(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of groups A and C was better than that of group B.On the wound healing time, there was no significant difference between the three groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Qin Qiang Shao Gan Tang oral administration combined with phloroglucinol intravenously is effective in treating anal pain after external Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy of damp-heat type mixed hemorrhoids, and it also has therapeutic effects in relieving postoperative anal tenesmus condition, promoting unobstructed defecation. |
