Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Adenomyosis Dysmenorrhea With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Sequential Cycle Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney,Dispersing Blood Stasis And Relieving Pain

Objective: This study observed the clinical efficacy of sequential cycle therapy of tonifying kidney and replenishing essence soup,Wenyang Huoxue Decoction,Jingshuyin formula,drink in the treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea with kidney deficiency and blood stasis with the principles of tonifying the kidney and filling the essence,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and moving stagnation and relieving pain,aiming to explore the new way of treating adenomyosis dysmenorrhea through theoretical research and clinical data analysis.Methods: Adenomyosis patients with dysmenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the gynecological clinic of The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected for the study.Sixty-four patients,aged between 30 and 45 years old(including)and with the regular menstrual cycle,met the standard of the study.They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method.32 patients in the treatment group were treated orally with sequential cycle therapy of Chinese herbal decoction,including tonifying kidney and replenishing essence soup,Wenyang Huoxue Decoction,Jingshuyin formula,and32 patients in the control group were treated orally with Chinese patent medicine,including Congrong Yishen granules,Danhuang quyu capsule,Sanjie Zhentong Capsule.The treatment time in both groups was three menstrual cycles.In this study,statistical analysis was conducted by comparing the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,dysmenorrhea degree,TCM syndrome scores,uterine volume and serum CA125 level of patients in the two groups before and after treatment to determine the curative effect of TCM sequential cycle therapy.Results: In terms of dysmenorrhea symptoms,the total effective rate was 93.5%in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving dysmenorrhea symptoms.In terms of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.In terms of the degree of dysmenorrhea,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the degree of dysmenorrhea in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.In terms of uterine volume,there was a significant change in both groups after treatment(P < 0.01),indicating that both groups could reduce uterine volume.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in reducing uterine volume.In terms of serum CA125 level,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the effect of reducing serum CA125 in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The sequential cycle therapy of tonifying kidney,removing blood stasis and relieving pain can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and the curative effect is clear.
