| Objective:Through intervening kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea while using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) sequential therapy, observing the clinical effect of the therapy and explore its action mechanism. And to clarify the mechanism from method of invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle or traditional Chinese and western medicine to provide basis for further clinical popularization and application.Method:A total of 40 patients met the inclusion criteria hyperactivity of fire due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group of 20 cases treated by bushen zhuyang/wenjing zhitong sequential treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,20 cases of the control group. The clinical efficacy was compared before and after the treatment to observe the method to improve the situation of total effective rate, serum sex hormone levels (P, E2 and E2/ P), serum rheological conditions have improved the indicators.Result:After treatment of 20 patients of kidney and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea patients,the total effective rate was 80%,the clinical symptoms,,serum sex hormone levels (P, E2 and E2/P),serum rheological condition were significantly improved.Conclusion:1.Bushen zhuyang/wenjing zhitong sequential treatment therapy can improve the kidney and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea patients with signs and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, regulate endocrine level, it is a safe and effective treatment method, worth extending application and further study.2. Invigorating kidney to regulate menstrual cycle can improve the blood rheology in PD patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis and female progesterone levels in serum to regulate endocrine situation. On this basis, it can be used in even for such patients with corpus luteum insufficiency, ovulation disorders have further adjustment, it is worth further exploration... |
