Medication Regularity Of Professor Zheng Huifang In The Treatment Of Bleeding Period Of Metrorrhagia And Leakage Based On Data Mining And Clinical Study

Objective: 1 Data mining: through the inheritance auxiliary platform,analyze Professor Zheng Huifang’s prescriptions for the treatment of bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage,count and summarize the law of Zheng Huifang’s clinical medication in the treatment of bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage,so as to provide medication ideas and basis for future doctors in the clinical treatment of bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage.2.Clinical research: Zheng Huifang’s empirical prescription Juyuan decoction was used to treat the bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage.By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of this prescription,we hope to provide scientific theoretical guidance for the prescription and medication in the bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage.Methods: 1 Data mining: collect and sort out the clinical cases of Professor Zheng Huifang from August 2007 to September 2012,screen them,and conduct scientific analysis and Research on the law of drug use.2.Clinical study:61 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of "metrorrhagia and spleen deficiency syndrome" in the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were collected.Through the medication effect,the clinical effect of Zheng Huifang empirical formula Juyuan Decoction in the treatment ofbleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage was observed.The patients taking Zheng Huifang experience formula Juyuan decoction are seemed as the observation group and the patients taking Chinese patent medicine Fuliang capsule are seemed as the control group,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results: 1 Data mining: according to the statistics of Zheng Huifang’s clinical cases in the treatment of bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage,a total of 646 prescriptions were obtained.Through the analysis,Zheng Huifang took supplementing qi and absorbing blood as the core idea in the treatment of bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage.According to the statistics,the top 10 high-frequency drugs for the treatment of metrorrhagia and bleeding are licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rehmannia glutinosa,Cornus officinalis,yam,Astragalus membranaceus,keel,Schisandra chinensis,Poria cocos and Angelica sinensis.The analysis of four Qi and five flavors showed that the main drugs were warm and mild drugs,while sweet,bitter and pungent drugs were more common;Meridian analysis showed that liver,kidney and spleen meridians were more common,followed by lung,heart and stomach meridians.Three new formulas were obtained by cluster analysis.2.Clinical research: there is no significant difference in the statistics of age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment,and there is no significant difference in the integral statistics of pregnancy times,number of births and number of abortions.In terms of TCM syndrome score,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment,including the observation group(P<0.01)and the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).According to statistics,the effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 76.67%respectively(P<0.05),indicating that Juyuan decoction is better than Fuliang capsule in improving TCM syndromes.The short-term hemostatic effects of the two groups were compared.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90% and 77%respectively(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of Zheng Huifang experience formula Juyuan Decoction in hemostasis is better than Fuliang capsule.There was significant difference in the comparison of Hamilton anxiety score(P<0.05),which showed that the improvement effect of Juyuan Decoction in the treatment of Hamilton anxiety score in the period ofbleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage was better than Fuliang capsule.Conclusion: 1 Data mining: Through statistical analysis,it is found that most of the medical records of Zheng Huifang in the clinical treatment of bleeding period of metrorrhagia and leakage takes the theory of Supplementing Qi and absorbing blood as the fundamental method.Zheng Huifang attaches great importance to supplementing qi and strengthening the spleen,and metrorrhagia and leakage will also cause deficiency of Qi and blood.Therefore,Zheng Huifang is good at using drugs for supplementing qi and blood,and the treatment idea attaches importance to the application of drugs for tonifying deficiency.The new party obtained through software needs more practice to test its rationality.2.Clinical research: Through the research,it is found that Juyuan decoction can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score and Hamilton anxiety score of patients with metrorrhagia and bleeding,and the recent hemostatic effect is more obvious,which is worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth exploration.
