Analysis Of The Medication Rules Of Professor Qu Xiufen In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Metrorrhagia Of Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:Based on the medication rules of professor qu xiufen in the treatment of perimenopausal metrorrhagia of kidney deficiency type,this paper summarizes the medication characteristics and academic thought of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of perimenopausal metrorrhagia of kidney deficiency type with traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:The prescriptions of Professor Qu Xiufen for clinical treatment of metrorrhagia of kidney deficiency type in bleeding period and non-bleeding period from September 2020 to December 2021 were collected.A total of 173 effective prescriptions were sorted out,including 116 prescriptions in bleeding period and 57 prescriptions in non-bleeding period.Using Microsoft Excel 2007 software,the prescriptions of bleeding period and non-bleeding period were entered to establish a database,and the four qi,five flavors,meridian and efficacy of each drug were entered.The statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 was used to perform cluster analysis on the main drugs in the bleeding period and non-bleeding period.This paper summarizes the medication rule of Professor Qu Xiufen in the treatment of perimenopausal kidney deficiency type metrorrhagia.Conclusion:1.Among the 116 prescriptions in the bleeding period,there are 104 kinds of medicines,28 kinds of main medicines,13 kinds of high-frequency medicines,and the frequency of use is 1953 times.The core drugs,that is,high-frequency drugs,include Codonopsis pilosula,Tuctus,Chinese yam,oyster,donkey-hide gelatin,keel,Rehmannia glutinosa,Puhuang charcoal,Diyu charcoal,Eucommia charcoal,tortoise shell,Morinda officinalis,and turtle shell.2.The main pathogenesis of perimenopausal kidney deficiency type metrorrhagia is the loss of kidney qi,kidney yin and kidney yang.3.The treatment of hemorrhage is mainly to tonify the kidney and Guchong to stop bleeding.4.The treatment in the non-bleeding period is mainly based on invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation.
