Clinical Study Of Chaihu Plus Longgu Oyster Decoction Combined With Umbilical Plaster In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With Shaoyang Cardinal Disadvantage And Gall Fire Internal Disturbance

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction combined with umbilical plaster in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with Shaoyang cardinal disadvantage and gall fire internal disturbance,and to explore a more effective and safe method for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods: 90 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of Shaoyang cardinal disadvantage and gall fire internal disturbance type were randomly divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group,traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Fenmoston,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction,and the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group was treated with umbilical plaster on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of modified Kupperman score,HAMD score,HAMA score,TCM score,sex hormones and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment in the three groups.All data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results: 1.Total curative effect of the disease: The total effective rate of the disease was 56.67%,66.67% and 90.00% in the western medicine group,TCM group and traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group respectively;The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group was better than that of TCM group(P<0.05)and western medicine group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the curative effect between the TCM group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).2.Modified Kupperman score: After treatment,the modified Kupperman scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group was better than that of TCM(P<0.05)and western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between traditional Chinese medicine+ umbilical plaster group and western medicine group(P>0.05).3.HAMD score and HAMA score: After treatment,the HAMD score and HAMA score of the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups,the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group was better than that of the TCM(P<0.05)and the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the TCM group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).4.Total curative effect of TCM syndromes: The effective rates of western medicine group,TCM group and traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group were 46.67%,60.00% and 86.67%,respectively.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group was better than that of TCM group(P<0.05)and western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between TCM group and western medicine group(P<0.05).5.Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine: After treatment,the scores of TCM in the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group was better than that of TCM group(P<0.05)and western medicine group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of TCM group was better than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).6.Score of single symptom in TCM: After treatment,the symptom scores of menstrual disorder or arrest in the traditional Chinese medicine+ umbilical plaster group and western medicine group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the symptom scores of menstrual disorder or arrest in the TCM group were not significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the other symptoms in the three groups were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups,(1)Traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group can significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia and dreaminess,and the efficacy is better than the TCM group(P<0.05)and western medicine group(P<0.05),there is no statistical difference between the TCM western medicine group(P>0.05);(2)Traditional Chinese medicine + umbilical plaster group and TCM can improve the symptoms of hot flashes and sweating,the efficacy is better than the western medicine group(P<0.05),there is no statistical significance between the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group and the TCM group(P>0.05);(3)In improving the symptoms of depression or irritability,anxiety,vertigo and headache,chest fullness,abdominal fullness,belching,hiccup,good rest,the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group is better than the western medicine group(P<0.05),there is no statistical difference between the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group and the TCM group(P>0.05).7.Sex hormones: After treatment,FSH levels in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),E2 and LH levels in the western medicine group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and E2 and LH levels were not significantly improved in the traditional Chinese medicine+umbilical plaster group and the TCM group(P > 0.05);Comparison between groups,there was no statistical difference in the degree of improvement of E2,FSH,and LH levels among the three groups(P>0.05).8.Safety indicators: Blood routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram showed no abnormal changes before and after treatment in the three groups.Conclusion: 1.Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction combined with umbilical plaster in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can reduce the modified Kupperman score,HAMD scale score,HAMA scale score of patients.2.Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction combined with umbilical plaster in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can reduce the traditional Chinese medicine score of patients and improve the symptoms of depression or irritability,anxiety,vertigo and headache,hot flashes and sweating,chest fullness,abdominal fullness,belching,hiccup,and good rest.3.Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction combined with umbilical plaster in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,patients without obvious adverse reactions,clinical application is safe and effective.
