Clinical Observation Of Retention Enema Treatement Of Damp-Heat Pouring Downward Type Anal Bulge With Angangjianji Decoction After The Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of An Anal Decoction enema in the treatment of post-operative anal bulge with damp-heat injection type mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: According to the principle of random grouping,70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,namely the control group(35 cases)and the treatment group(35 cases).After being dropped and excluded,32 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were finally included.Routine treatment was given after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was given 30 ml of Angang Decoction before going to bed,and the control group was given 30 ml of Huangbai Liquid.The total course of treatment is 10 days.The anal bulge time,degree,pain,defecation,and wound healing time of the two groups of patients after treatment were scored,and statistical analysis was performed.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in gender composition,age distribution,number of internal hemorrhoid ligation and number of external hemorrhoidectomy between the control group(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in anal distension time,degree of distension,pain and defecation before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.There were significant differences in the time of anal swelling,degree of swelling,anal pain and wound healing time between the two groups on the 7th and 10 th day after treatment(P < 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in defecation volume between the two groups on the 7th day after treatment(P < 0.05).And the treatment group had better curative effect than the control group.3.The overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment was statistically different(P < 0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the overall response rate of the control group was 83.33%,the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Patients included in and completed this study had no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Angang Decoction retention enema has a definite effect on the Damp-Heat Pouring Downward Type anal bulge after the mixed hemorrhoids operation,it alsocan relieve postoperative anal pain,and can accelerate wound healing,improve defecation,without adverse reactions,with high safety.
