Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Retention Enema With Modified Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction On Anal Sinusitis Of Heat Toxin Type

Objective:In this study,we carried out a randomized controlled study on th e treatment of anal sinusitis with retention enema,and compared the therapeutic effect of modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction and compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of anal sinusitis of heat toxin accumulation type,to explore whet her the retention enema with modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction has the advant ages of safety and efficacy,so as to provide statistical basis for clinical treatme nt of anal sinusitis of heat toxin accumulation type.Methods:According to the method of random table,44 patients were divide d into experimental group and control group,22 in each group.Two groups of p atients were treated with retention enema,the enema solution of the experimenta l group was treated with modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction,the control group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid twice a day,50 ml each time,10 day s as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before and after th e treatment,the scores of anal pain,anal burning,anal distention,anal sinus conges tion and anal sinus edema in the two groups were counted respectively,and the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.All data were statistically analyzed.Results:Finally,40 patients entered the stage of efficacy analysis,20 in th e experimental group and 20 in the control group.Before treatment,there was n o significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,symptom and sign scores between the two groups.Compared with the overall effect of the two groups,th e experimental group recovered in 2 cases,11 cases with significant effect,6 cas es with effective effect,1 case with ineffective effect,and the total effective rate was 95%;the control group recovered in 1 case,6 cases with significant effect,8 cases with effective effect,6 cases with ineffective effect,and the total effectiv e rate was 70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signific ant(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups be fore and after treatment,it was found that the scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,which were manifested in anal pain,an al burning,anal distention,anal sinus congestion and anal sinus edema.The differ ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of anal p ain,anal burning,anal sinus congestion and anal sinus edema in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no signi ficant difference of the scores of anal distention between the experimental grou p and the control group(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both group s.Conclusion:Retention enema with modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction is saf e and effective in the treatment of anal sinusitis of heat toxin accumulation ty pe.It can effectively improve the patients’ anal pain,anal burning,anal distention,a nal sinuses congestion and anal sinuses edema.Retention enema with modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction has clinical application value.
