Objective: To observe modified Wuweixiaoduyin retention enema for anal fistula topromote wound healing clinical efficacy, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: In the case met the inclusion criteria,60patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group,30cases in each. Two groups of patients weretreated with low anal fistula incision, were given modified Wuweixiaoduyin and complexHuangbai fluid retention enema each30ml dressing after surgery, day1. Detailedobservation of wound exudate, itching, color, and scores compare carrion off time, newepithelium time, the wound area, wound healing time, and the first21days after totalclinical efficacy.Results: The two groups of wound exudate in the7th and the14th postoperative dayof the treatment group than the control group (p <0.05), the21th there was no significantdifference (p>0.05); wound color case7days after the first14days treatment group thanthe control group (p <0.05); wounds itching situation in the first seven days after the first14days, the first21days treatment group than the control group (p <0.05); carrion woundoff time and time freshmen epithelium, treatment group than the control group (p <0.05);postoperative day7, day14, day21reduced the rate of wound two groups had nosignificant difference (p>0.05); The first21days after two clinical efficacy as well as thetotal average healing time of both groups had no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion: Modified Wuweixiaoduyin inflammation phase can be shortened toreduce wound exudate, reduce itching, can carrion early fall, to promote wound healing. |
