Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Damp-Heat Blocking Lung Syndrome In Children With Lobar Pneumonia With Qushi Tongluo Recipe Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective: To study the treatment of damp-heat blocking lung syndrome of lobar pneumonia in children with Qushi Tongluo recipe combined with acupoint application by multicenter,randomized,double-blind and doublesimulated methods.By observing the changes of symptom scores and the time of symptom disappearance of children,the effectiveness and safety were objectively evaluated,which provided evidence-based basis for the treatment of children’s lobar pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine and reference for further improving the treatment scheme of children’s lobar pneumonia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: Sixty children with lobar pneumonia were divided into treatment group(Western medicine treatment plan + Qushi Tongluo recipe +Huatan powder for external application)and control group(Western medicine treatment plan + Chinese medicine simulant for oral administration +external medicine simulant),with a course of treatment of 7 days,and 60 children with lobar pneumonia were divided into treatment group(Western medicine treatment plan + Qushi Tongluo recipe + Huatan powder for external application)and control group(Western medicine treatment plan + Chinese medicine simulant for oral use).Record the changes of symptoms and signs,laboratory examination,imaging examination,etc.,and analyze the data with statistical software.Results: The curative effect of this study,the treatment group and control group of the effective rate of 90% and 53.3%;The curative effect of TCM syndromes was 93.3% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group.The curative effect of disease and TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in shortening the clinical recovery time and the onset time of expectoration,asthma and lung rales(P < 0.05).Through clinical observation,it was found that on the 4th day of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving lung rales,runny nose,headache,nausea and vomiting(P < 0.05),and on the7 th day of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving cough,lung rales,runny nose and headache(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.The two groups of children did not have any adverse effects related to drugs during the trial.Conclusion:(1)This study is designed according to the scheme of multicenter,randomized,double-blind and double simulation.Using Qushi Tongluo Recipe + Huatan Powder combined with conventional western medicine treatment,it is confirmed that the comprehensive curative effect of this scheme on children with lobar pneumonia(damp-heat blocking lung syndrome)is better than conventional western medicine treatment,which can obviously improve the symptoms of fever,cough,expectoration,lung auscultation and so on,improve the clinical curative effect and shorten the course of treatment;(2)Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and internal and external treatment is effective in treating children’s lobar pneumonia,which provides evidence-based basis for the treatment of children’s lobar pneumonia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine;(3)There is no adverse reaction in the treatment process,and the safety is good.
