Clinical Observation On Qingfeijiedu Granule Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Lobar Pneumonia Of Warm And Closed Lung Type

Objective:The randomized,double blind and double simulation methods to formulate clear lung jiedu granule with acupoint sticking therapy lobar pneumonia warm close your lung syndrome,disease by observing the curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect and the individual symptoms integral change,the objective evaluation of the efficacy and safety,for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lobar pneumonia in children to provide evidence of evidence-based medicine,To provide clinical reference for optimizing TCM treatment of children lobar pneumonia.Methods: this study collected in accordance with lobar pneumonia western medicine diagnostic standard,TCM syndrome type belong to warm closed 60 cases of lung were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each of two groups of children on the basis of the western medicine treatment at the same time,the treatment group to clear lung jiedu granule with phlegm come loose connection,with a control group to clear lung jiedu granule simulation oral dose phlegm simulating gels.A total of 7 days of treatment were recorded before and after the treatment of the two groups of TCM syndrome scores,etiological examination,etc.and statistical software was used for data analysis.Results :Comparing the efficacy of the disease,the total effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group were 96.4% and 82.1%,respectively,and the control group was 92.9% and 60.7%,respectively;compared with the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group were 100% and 82.2%,respectively,and the control group was 92.9% and 60.7%,respectively;the disease efficacy and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the clinical healing time;the frequency of antibiotic administration was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。 Clinical observations showed that on the third day of treatment,the treatment group improved fever,cough,sputum,lung auscultation,and diet better than the control group;on the fifth day of treatment,the treatment group improved cough,sputum,runny nose,and dietary symptoms better than the control group;on the 7th day of treatment,the treatment group improved lung auscultation better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Neither group found drug-related adverse events to occur during the study period.Conclusion:(1)in this study,in accordance with the multicenter,randomized,double blind and double simulation test scheme design,the use of clearing lung jiedu granule + phlegm combined western medicine routine treatment,confirmed the scheme for lobar pneumonia(warm close your lungs)the comprehensive curative effect is superior to the conventional western medicine treatment of children,children can significantly improve the fever,cough,cough up phlegm,the symptom such as lung auscultation,improves the clinical curative effect,Shorten the course of treatment;(2)The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and internal and external therapy is effective in the treatment of children lobular pneumonia,providing evidence-based evidence for the treatment of children lobular pneumonia by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine;(3)The frequency of antibiotic use can be reduced to some extent;(4)There were no adverse reactions during the treatment,and the safety was good.
