Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar And Back Myofascial Inflammation With Wind-Cold And Wet By Acupotomy Combined With Moxibustion

Objective : By observing the efficacy and safety of acupuncture pressure combined with moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascitis,a new way to treat the disease was sought.Methods:Eighty patients with low back myofascitis were randomly divided into experimental group and Control Group.The experimental group was treated with acupotomology and moxibustion.The control group was given special moxibustion.The Odi Index and VAS scores before and after treatment were collected by observing the clinical symptom scores of the two groups,and the clinical symptom scores were followed up 1 and 6 months after treatment.At the end of the experiment,SPSS25 software was used to set up the database and analyze the data.Results : 1.There were no significant differences in age,ODI index,clinical symptom score and VAS score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After data analysis,the effective rate was 95.0% in the experimental group and 80.0% in the control group.After treatment,there were significant differences in VAS score,clinical symptom score and Odi index between the two groups.The experimental group was superior to the Control Group,which showed that acupuncture combined with moxibustion was superior to moxibustion in relieving Lumbago and improving life quality.2.There was significant difference in the symptom score between the two groups after treatment and 1 month after Treatment(P & GT;0.05).Results there was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that both groups have long-term effect.Conclusion:Acupuncture knife combined with moxibustion has a good effect on the treatment of cold lumbar muscle fasciitis.Compared with moxibustion,acupuncture knife combined with moxibustion has a more significant effect.
