| Objective: This study was conducted in patients with bile reflux gastritis,To observe the improvement of symptoms and the efficacy of gastroscopy in patients with bile reflux gastritis of the liver and stomach disharmony type by Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture Method,Analyzing the results and exploring the rationale for treatment,so as to provide new options for clinical treatment methods.Methods: 60 patients with bile reflux gastritis of the liver and stomach disharmony type were divided into Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were treated six times a week with one day of rest for a total of 6 weeks.Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture group was treated by Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture Method,the conventional acupuncture group was treated by conventional acupuncture method,The gastroscopic efficacy and TCM certificate integrals of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed to evaluate their efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate of Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture group was 93.33%and the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 79.31%,and the difference was statistically significant when compared(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom integrals: after treatment,the primary and secondary diseases of TCM in the two groups were improved and had statistical significance(P<0.05),Two of them have symptoms such as swelling pain,bitter mouth,and emotional discomfort,the Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture group were significantly different from those of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.01),and the symptoms of gastric burning pain and gastric distention were statistically different from the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05);but in alleviating the clinical symptoms of nausea,belching,acid reflux,dry mouth,poor stool and other symptoms,The difference between the two groups was not obvious,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the efficacy of gastroscopic bile reflux: the total effective rate of Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture group was90.00%,and the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 82.76%,Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture group had better efficacy than the conventional acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both groups effectively reduced the degree of bile reflux and lowered the TCM symptom score after 6 weeks of treatment,but the efficacy of Soothing Liver-qi and Regulating the Spirit Acupuncture Method was superior in the treatment in terms of improving the burning pain in the stomach and epigastric region,distention and fullness in the stomach and epigastric region,dry mouth and bitterness in the primary symptom,and the emotional discomfort and distension in both sides of the body in the secondary symptom. |
