Self-control Study Of Compound Tribulus Terrestris Tablets Combined With Fire Needle And Tacrolimus Ointment In The Treatment Of Stable Non-segmental Vitiligo

Objectives: This topic adopts the method of clinical observation to explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Compound Tribulus Terrestris Tablets combined with Fire Needle and Tacrolimus Ointment in the remedy of stable non-segmental vitiligo,and provide a more accurate and safe treatment plan and clinical basis for the treatment of stable non-segmental vitiligo patients.Methods: Using self-control method,30 patients with stable non-segmental vitiligo were observed.All patients in the group were given Compound Tribulus Terrestris Tablets orally,the skin lesions in the observation group were treated with Fire Needle and Tacrolimus Ointment for external use,and the skin lesions in the control group only used Tacrolimus ointment.The total circle of remedy was 12 weeks.In the initial diagnosis,fourth,eighth and twelfth week of the remedy,the patients’ white spot area and cutaneous pigment score were recorded respectively,according to the change of white spot area,calculate the skin lesion discoloration rate to judge the curative effect;at the same time,the scores of TCM syndromes and DLQI were contrasted around remedy.In the course of the remedy,observe the possible untoward reactions of sufferers.Results:(1)Contrast of clinical efficiency: After 12 weeks of remedy,the efficiency of the observation group(83.33%)was higher than that of the contrast group(60.00%),after testing,the discrepancy between the two groups was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).(2)Contrast of lesion area: There was a meaningful discrepancy in skin lesion area between the two groups around remedy(P<0.01).(3)Contrast of discoloration rate: After fourth,eighth and twelfth weeks of remedy,the average discoloration rate of skin lesions in the observation team was 9.44%,20.72% and 32.96%,meanwhile that in the contrast team was 6.80%,12.72% and 18.72%,and there was a meaningful discrepancy between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)Pigment score contrast: There was a statistically discrepancy between the two groups around the remedy(P<0.05).(5)Contrast between DLQI score and TCM syndrome score: After remedy,both DLQI score and TCM syndrome score all lessened,and the discrepancy was statistically meaningful(P<0.01).(6)Security evaluation: During the 12 weeks of remedy period,no acute adverse reactions arose in every sufferer,bearing out that the therapeutic schedule of this research is safe and feasible.Conclusions: Compound Tribulus Terrestris Tablets combined with Fire Needle Therapy and Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of non-segmental vitiligo in stable stage is effective,secure and manageable,easy to manipulate and patient compliance is good.
