Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and study on the mechanism of blooddeficiency and wind sheng-type and typing is localized,sporadic vitiligo by CompoundRadix Tribulus decoction(CRTD) joint Compound Kaliziran tincture(CKT).Investigatethe mechanism of CKT with tyrosinase activity in experimental research.To provide asafer and more effective treatments.Methods:CRTD combined with CKT used in clinical and be compared with anothertreatment program (Bai Ling chip joint Compound Kaliziran tincture). To evaluate it,simpact on mushroom tyrosinase activity by use the of CRTD and Bai Ling piece forlaboratory research.Results: The efficacy of Treatment group significantly higher thanControl group,with Statistically significant.Mean activation rate of CRTD on tyrosinasehigher than that of Bai Ling piece water extract,with Statistically significant.Conclusions:CRTD joint CKT is effective and fewer adverse reactions which is theideal solution to treatment with blood deficiency and wind sheng-type vitiligo.It,smechanism of action may be through increase tyrosinase activity and modulation ofimmune.Then it encourages the white spot turns black.
