Objective: Through exploring the rules and characteristics of treatment of qi-inverse syndrome in Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,it provides useful ideas for clinical treatment of qi-inverse syndrome.Methods: Retrieval of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,sorting out,summarizing,comparing and refining the viewpoints of doctors in past dynasties on qiinverse,so as to clarify the historical evolution of qi-inverse syndrome differentiation and treatment.In theoretical research,reversed flow of qi is given priority to with syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians system discussed the definition,cause and reversed flow of qi of reversed flow of qi syndrome pathogenesis and the viscera and channels as its physiological and pathological relationship,impact pulse reversed flow of qi and reversed flow of qi syndrome and images,the relationship between pathogenesis and basis points of the theory of Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,belongs to the section division reversed flow of qi syndrome and related disorders,summarizes the law of syndrome differentiation and the characteristic,Clarify Zhong Jing’s idea of treating qi inverse syndrome.Results:Due to the different physiological characteristics of the zang-fu organs,the qireversal syndrome in Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases presents different pathological manifestations.The reverse of pulse and qi is characterized by "urgent in reverse qi".In addition to the analysis of the situation and specimen urgency,there is a new understanding of "attacking and combining".In the treatment,not only the use of the "high restraining" of the usual method,more attention to the treatment of the root,examination of the cause,the use of warming to stop adverse,clear down to stop adverse,tonic deficiency and purging solid,cold and heat,adjust the relationship between the viscera to achieve the purpose of reducing adverse.This understanding with the characteristics of integrity and flexibility is of great reference significance to the treatment of qi incompatibility in clinic.Conclusion: Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases inherits and develops the understanding of Qi mechanism in Neijing.The imbalance of Qi mechanism,as a pathogenesis,is reflected in the principles,methods,prescriptions and medicines.Zhongjing explained the law of syndrome treatment of Qi inversion syndrome from a clinical perspective,inspired future generations to understand the relevant theories of Qi inversion,and also played a guiding role in contemporary clinical practice.
