Research On Archives Management Of Party Construction In Public Hospitals Under The Background Of Strict Party Governance

Public hospitals are the main body of China’s medical service system,the main force of health front,and the main position to protect people’s life and health.Hospital archives reflect the history and inheritance of the hospital,reflect the spirit and culture of the hospital,and play an important role in evidence,cultural inheritance and education.Archives management is an integral part of the daily work of public hospitals.To do a good job in archives management is of great significance for improving the level of hospital management and security,medical teaching and research,and promoting the modernization of hospital governance system and governance capacity.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made continuous efforts to strengthen Party building and comprehensively promote strict party governance.In June 2018,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the Opinions on Strengthening Party Building in Public Hospitals,which clearly proposed to effectively strengthen the Party’s leadership over public hospitals and put forward comprehensive and systematic opinions on strengthening party building in public hospitals.In the actual work,whether it is the inspection,inspection and inspection of the party building work of the superior of the public hospital,or the practice of the party building work of the public hospital,it shows that the party building work of the public hospital is more and more valued,and will produce more,more important and more valuable files than before.Therefore,in this context,it will be of special significance to study the management of party building archives in public hospitals and help the construction and development of public hospitals.In this paper,the requirements of comprehensive strict party governance in public hospitals are understood,the implementation of strengthening party construction in the second Hospital of Shandong University is summarized,the impact of strengthening party construction work on the management of party construction archives in public hospitals is analyzed,and the new requirements for party construction archives work and the future direction of party construction archives work are explored.This writing process using the field survey,interview,questionnaire survey and so on way to understand the status quo of the party construction of the second hospital of Shandong university archives work,including the file management of party construction site,the current situation of the comprehensive archives,the present situation of the party construction archives management,and at the same time for other public hospitals comprehensive archives the understanding of the current work and party construction management.On the basis of investigation,SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively and three-dimensional analysis of the party construction management of the Second Hospital of Shandong University.In view of the analysis results,the management ability and level of the promotion of party building archives are put forward countermeasures,while making good use of the development opportunities,give full play to their own advantages,use the theory of supply side,demand side to solve their own problems,and take the initiative to meet external challenges.
