Study On The Cultural Construction Of Public Hospitals Under The Guidance Of Party Construction

The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party and the Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses proposed the development strategy of building a socialist cultural country from the national system and policy level,emphasizing the strategic role of cultural productivity in socialist construction.Meanwhile,the cultural construction and party building are placed in an equally important position.Faced with the ever-increasing cultural demands and the development of the medical reform,the construction of public hospital culture is imperative.This paper takes Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital as an example to discuss the current status of cultural construction in public hospitals and proposes corresponding cultural construction ideas in combination with party building,with a view to providing a useful reference for the construction of public hospital culture.This article has mainly adopted the literature research method,the case study method,the questionnaire survey method and the experience summary method.By summarizing and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign literatures,collecting text and data from hospitals,and combining the ideological theories of the party’s construction,the paper is being written from the perspective of hospital culture and party building to understand the hospital staff’s concept of hospital culture.Through a questionnaire of medical staff’s understanding towards hospital cultural construction,the relationship between hospital culture and party building,the understanding of the cultural activities carried out within the hospital and with the help of text surveys,we collect texts such as hospital logos,hospital purposes,hospital training songs,hospital history,cultural concepts,and cultural activities to analyze the current cultural construction of hospitals in the People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province.Currently,the construction of public hospital culture has achieved certain results,but it also entails some problems.Although the hospital has a core concept,the promotion of concepts is not deep;hospital cultural activities are carried out,but it lingers on the surface;the leaders and workers’ knowledge of cultural construction is one-sided,and the hospital culture is in need of systematic leadership and planning.Under the guidance of the advanced socialist culture system,the construction of an advanced hospital culture cannot be separated from the role of the party in system construction and policies.The construction of public hospital culture is closely linked with the construction of the hospital party and adheres to the core concept of “rescuing death and rehabilitating the injured and serving the society” to build the hospital’s cultural construction with the “five in one” principle.The hospital will strengthen the understanding of the culture from the ideological point to construct the organizational system for hospital culture construction and create an upright atmosphere and promote the cultural building through the construction of the system.
